Toppin would make more sense for them in that system with his versatility and as someone who could impact them right away even without the ball in his hands. Traditional bigs have never thrived in their system because they never had a use for them, which is why I don’t think Wiseman makes sense for them. He’d be better off in a situation like Charlotte.
    Agree

I guess the only thing is if the Warriors fall into the one the best player game and try to trade the player.

LaMelo is all about ball-movement and creating turnovers on the defensive end. Perfect fit both ways for the Warriors IMO. Russell is the antithesis of LaMelo; a ball-stopper that doesn't do anything defensively. If his jumper comes along, which I think it might, that's just an added bonus IMO.

You won’t fit in GS if you can’t shoot from the perimeter.

They’re not going to take the ball out of Steph’s hands for him to play off-ball for a kid like LaMelo who can’t shoot.

Nobody has mentioned the obvious thing golden state needs to do here or the media and that’s trade Draymond Green. He can’t shoot, makes 20 million per year and might not age well. He hasn’t averaged double digits points or rebounds the last 2 years.

I've said this over and over and over again. Draymond Green is the Warriors best player. And it's not because he's a shooter or does nice dribbling. He's literally the glue for the Warriors entire system. Without him. They don't have it to win. His Defense is the best in the league. And his passing is just as good. He's not an enforcer. But he's brings the best out of his teammates in my humble opinion.

          Good example for me

Wrong word. Because he’s definitely not their best player.

Ultimate glue guy. Perfect role player.

I never said you'd agree with me lol. I still think he's their best player.

I can't go that far haha. Still a great fit for them though and I still think LaMelo would be pretty much a perfect fit in that system.

                  Re: NBA Draft 2020

Anywho, not exactly what I'm most worried about for the Bucks right now, but the guys I presently like for our pick are:

Kira Lewis (though my guess is he's off the board before we pick)
                  Leandro Bolmaro
                  Cassius Winston
                  Robert Woodard

And I'm guessing the Bucks would target Jalen Smith or maybe one of the pure shooters in addition to Lewis, Bolmaro, and Woodard. I doubt Winston is on their radar unfortunately.

I'm going to agree that he's maybe the most important, but I don't think you can argue that he is their best/most talented player.

I think the "rumor" has been that the Warriors want Melo right?

If not and they have no interest in Wiseman and decide to trade the pick, I personally think they should try to trade the pick to the Kings for Marvin Bagley. I still think he's a future All-Star and the perfect perimeter oriented "big" to fit exactly what they want. Try to pry away a shooter like Bjelica or something by adding in another future first and they should be absolutely stacked yet again.

That's assuming their isn't some blockbuster trade out there for Wiggins + their pick, which I don't assume their is.. I think Wiggins will be better than expected playing with GS though.

Did you not watch the Warriors at all this season? He still played 43 games this year and they were last in the league. It's not even a discussion, Steph Curry (and KD) were the Warriors best players...don't even know how you even talked yourself into that being a debate. That's like saying Rodman was the best player on the Bulls.

Nobody cares about the Cavs (and also because they've had great lottery luck in the past).
