With taking consideration that this wasn't a top heavy Free Agency and pandemic, this has to be one of the fastest Free Agency I can remember. Most of the top 100 FAs have been committed in first 48 hours . We know AD and BI are going to resign. We're waiting to see if Sacramento will match Bogdan's offer sheet, don't think they will take 48 hours to decide that. It's either LAL or Raps for Gasol.
We're not really waiting for anything major. I guess once Gasol figures out where he goes, we'll see where Baynes, Whiteside, and Boogie ends up.

Tatum getting a nice bag. 5/195 worth it. Not only has his offense been top notch. His defense made big strides in the help defense department.

He's really improved. He's almost great. Just needs to clean up that shot selection a bit. But man good for him. But I was more blown away with Brown. He was flooring me when I was watching him.

Raptors seem like the fit for one of the quality C’s they have their full MLE so that Baynes could be the backup plan for them.

Ahhh I see, it would be a sign and trade with Toronto to be able to give Gasol more than a minimum. Basically the same money McGee is making. I guess finding a team to take back McGee is where New York comes into play.

Wish the Lakers were also getting Dennis Smith Jr in this somehow. I’d give up that future first way down the line for that.

Honestly is Marc that big of an improvement over JaVale for what they need at this point? Lakers clearly moving away from that defense > everything group they had last year, although this team should still be good defensively and likely much more balanced and less dependent on LeBron to be on the floor..

Lol he definitely doesn’t suck, but obviously he’s far from what he was. I feel like Gasol is the best pick up if they plan on trying to get Boogie to return.

A center rotation of McGee, Boogie, Harrell is just too full of wild cards.

I feel like hanging on to McGee they would still want to add another big man in addition to him, really be exploring the buyout markets as well.

Veteran presence is all I can think of.

Knicks got 3 future second round picks for Ed Davis..lol.

Between that and being able to move up in the draft without giving up anything at all we've done a nice job of accumulating extra assets. All small stuff that probably won't have a big impact, but a good sign that our FO is able to actually make some savvy moves for once

LA has had a heck of a offseason with very little options. I would think this moves Harrell to the bench and he can run wild while the stars get some rest.
