"Poor fit personality wise". CP3 might be a pain in the *** but his attitude might be just what this team needs to get a jolt.

"Citing his contract". There it is Giannis, don't evaluate them on what they said but on what they do. First Brogdon, now they are "citing CP3's contract".

With all that said, CP3 is injury prone and 35, if I'm OKC I'm content with just unloading his contract, just get matching expirings and move him while he still has this year's shine. If the owner cited his injury risk I would be A-ok with that.

I think it's a safe bet that either the Bucks are posturing to try to downplay their interest in CP3, or Giannis himself doesn't want CP3. I highly doubt they came out of a meeting with Giannis where the idea of pursuing CP3 was almost certainly discussed, and then agreed they're all on the same page but also screw what Giannis wants.

Giannis, don't limit yourself, sign short contracts (or contract) till you get your 10 years of eligibility.

Here is my take on the bucks situation I never got around to replying the other day.

They traded a bunch of draft picks to shed bad salaries. They also didn't sign a quality player in Brogdon. They did all of this to avoid paying the luxury tax when I don't believe they have ever paid it. You would have had to pay Brogdon more then you wanted to however that is how it works with a quality shooter in his 20's.

If you pay Giannis the supermax then either your going to be in the luxury tax every year or you will have a worse supporting cast.

They have been awful at drafting and nearly every trade they make from the outside looking in seems to be about $. I would def play it out a year If I am Giannis and keep my flexibility.

I don't see how they get a lot better this year since they don't have draft picks they can trade till I believe 2024. While they don't have any terrible contracts they don't have any big assets either. Someone could trade for their contracts, I just don't see them getting much of value in return.

          Middleton - 33.0, 35.5, 37.0, then PO for 40.3 (he is 29 now)
          Brook Lopez - 12.6, 13.3, 13.9
Hill - 9.5 (I believe the year after this is ng)
Bledsoe - 16.8, 18.1 (I believe the next year after this is ng)
Robin Lopez - I assume he will pick up the 5 million player option

Draft is officially set for Nov. 18

Also sounding more and more likely that February will be the start of next season.

That really puts the "delete 8" teams at a disadvantage that's about a year of them without games.

Luka or AD are holding that spot for KD next year, CP or Harden are holding Steph’s spot.

Knicks might offer FVV over 22M per year....

If Raptors truly think he'll be fine as the starting PG once Lowry is gone, I think they have to top that. Salary next season isn't the issue, it's the years beyond.

But nothing will be as funny to me as when Masai got Bismack paid. 70m for 4 years for a guy that Orlando found out should be a bench C.

Sucks for Middleton to get more votes than Westbrook and Simmons but still not make the All-NBA team because he didn't have enough votes at either guard or forward.

LeBron now an NBA record 16 All-NBA selections.

Think anyone will ever catch that?

Swap Allen for Jordan and I’m for it.

Allows us to keep LeVert, which is the main thing for me aside from re-signing Harris.

Still think he’s a promising young player but the Knicks simply did him no favors from a team construction standpoint.

It seems like the market for Jrue could be strong I’ve seen rumors of him going to Golden state and Minnesota also.
