But, we still need a backup PG, Wing with Size, and a better backup 4/5
Maxey gonna be standing in the corner for 20 seconds waiting on Harden, be prepared for that.

Wish we could’ve gotten Thybulle from y’all instead of Drummond but oh well.

Regardless, Harden, KD, and everyone else that's on the Nets (or was in Harden's case) should not have to justify Kyrie's nonsense. Obviously this is not what Kyrie, KD or the Nets signed up for but it is what it is and the Nets should've parted ways with Kyrie.
One of these days cima, I would love to have a context/nuanced discussion about this team. Because sometimes you let that Kyrie hatred(You’re a Lebron Fan so you have definitely have it, lol)get to you any time that man’s name comes up.

If King and OJ can sometimes have peaceful, non-hyperbolic discussions about Lebron, we can do the same too [emoji1666] lol

That's exactly what I said. If we would of got him. On man the defense would of been different.

Any guesses on other moves the Nets could make today ? Sounds like they might not be done

Heck,Tobias ain't getting any touches lol

Drummond has been the best backup Center Joel has had. But at the same time, you can't play Drummond in certain playoff series.

Sham says Harden is opting into his last year. Probably was contingent on them acquiring him.

Why did Harden want out of BK? I heard him not liking living there but there had to be more to it.

Bruh, I don't hate Kyrie. The Lakers suck and the Bengals are good, I don't have any feelings towards the NBA right now. This is the least amount of attention I've paid to LeBron since he came in the league. I'd gladly take Kyrie on the Lakers. But the majority of the Nets fans online seem to be on team #****kyrie so if you're not then that's cool...whether you like it or not, it's his personal decision/beliefs/whatever that ultimately broke up the trio that went 13-3 in the 16 games they played together. They got a good haul for it though, just gotta hope Kyrie can be there for the most important games.

After all the slander of Morey for overplaying his hand trying to bully people in trades or Ben moving with no plan, Morey got his guy and Ben ends up in NYC, go figure.

So Torrey Craig just got traded (back) to Phoenix, that's a solid move for them.

No reason Phx shouldn't win it all this year IMO (if healthy).

KD’s reputation has been repaired anyway because he’s been the one dude in that big three that hasn’t downed tools (Kyrie hasn’t done that on court but he’s been willingly absent from half the games) and just got on with the job. I have a huge appreciation for him right now which I haven’t had since his OKC days (not that he would ever give a **** anyway lol).

The trade is good for the East because it ends the Cavs/Bucks duopoly that was previously there. Somebody else could make the finals now.

Sounds like Claxton is up next.

Heard they looking at Jerami Grant and Myles Turner. Should use those picks to bring LeVert and Allen back home [emoji20]

The Nets will get the Sixers' 2022 first-round pick unprotected with a right to defer until 2023 and a 2027 first-round pick protected 1-to-8, sources tell ESPN. The 2027 pick would roll over to 2028 protected 1-to-8 again. The pick turns into two seconds and $2M in 2029.

That will provide a unique option for the Nets.

Especially if the 76ers end up in the mid to late 20s. Do they think the 76ers will be better next year and/or the draft class next year is better than this year?

Moral of the story: Tampering is real and the league should just stop acting holier than thou about it and accept it.

Don't know, all it takes is one year of Embiid going down and Harden quitting for that being gold.
