Rather than toss it, KEEP it, but add like 10 other animations depending on what strikes are landing and what you want to throw within that position. If they add a bunch more, when that original plays out it won’t feel so repetitive and cheesy.Comment

NEED: More realistic KO’s and TKO’s. There should be TKO’s with the ref jumping in because you aren’t intelligently defending yourself. Most of the TKO’s we see in MMA are conscious fighters, hurt bad, and not defending properly. Get that in the game.
WANT: A better Damage system. This is close to a need for me. Guys get rocked too many times without getting dropped and finished. Maybe if the devs can implement a more natural ability to follow a hurt fight down to the ground for the finish then it won’t be so bad. But right now, it’s WAY too clunky to hurt someone and jump on top for a finish. It feels like an eternity before you can strike a downed opponent unless they are in a severe rocked/downed stateComment

The game definitely needs more animations. More animations for rocks and hit stun animations need to be shorter if they aren’t actually rocks and we can’t capitalize on them. I hate that body shot animation where they basically fold in pain but you can’t even throw another shot until they recover.Comment

It should all come fluid, instead of triggering the same cage animation every time you are near the cage. This game mechanic is old. We need something better something that is close to GTA. In GTA the body physics interact with everything in the entire GTA world. A Car, a balcony, even when you tripping over something.

So what you see there is, there is no ring cage animation in UFC 2, but the animation you see there, is way better cause it happened fluid.
(way over the top, of course, 15 unanswered shots.... late stoppage c'mon)
Something like that is impossible in UFC 3. Its like the cage side is oiled up. It drags the fighter to the ground or into the cage animation.Comment

A ufc universe mode wouldn't be too bad for career. Maybe i just want a career in the wfa? Or pride or the wec. Then you could choose who's fighting at what weight class during your career.Comment

If start smashing down with elbows, it should open up cuts with varying degrees of bleeding. You can even create something like “bleeding levels”. 1-5 levels that trigger under the hood. Some guys, will slice you up from bottom guard with elbows. Example: see Bisping vs GSP.
A better cut and blood system would lead to Doctor stoppages. And they can make sense when they happen. If your fighter has cuts on the forehead that is bleed around level 4 or 5, if the doctor stops it, it makes sense and isn’t just a random eventComment

Been thinking about this aftet playing a career recently and this is a need for me. Sometimes i get sick of online and need more expansion in career mode. Universe mode please.Comment
