Re: UFC 4: Needs vs. Wants
Not only that, I might be mistaken here, but in EA UFC 1 Ranked i think you could even share that basic replay with the leaderboards or smth.. Or save it, not entirely sure, don't really remember.
Now with EA UFC 3, you no longer even have the option to watch a replay, so if u accidentally skip it, goodbey replay.Comment

Re: UFC 4: Needs vs. Wants
Needs a proper Replay System, like the FIFA games.
P.S. Why was the basic replay system of EA UFC 1 & 2 removed completely from EA UFC 3? Did they not have enough time to polish it? Is it related to the new EA UFC 3 glitch, where some weird physics KOs, cause the replay to be automatically skipped and not shown at all?PSN: Lord__Hazanko

Re: UFC 4: Needs vs. Wants
I had just really started thinking about this as well! I can’t remember if I said it here but instead of basically giving us this arcadey freeze up to give us a chance to counter, just smoothly create over extended animation for certain missed strikes.Comment

Re: UFC 4: Needs vs. Wants
An absolute need for me is an improved fluidity between striking and grappling. right now it feels clunky and messy trying to initiate grappling.
We should be able to get in and out of clinches smoothly and quickly.
I feel stuck in the mud when clinching.Comment

Re: UFC 4: Needs vs. Wants
Must have a completely Redone ground game, Hopefully to the likes of THQ UFC undisputed. Doctor stoppages would be also a great addition to the game. Hopefully make it less arcade and more simulation such as flash KOs would be amazing. the majority of fans of the series would love to see the game be more realistic, no one wants to see someone throwing a hundred punches a round and still have stamina at the end of the fight.... So more realistic and less Mortal KombatComment

All that extra development time EAs taking this time makes me hella curios. I hope they can get it done this time.Comment

Re: UFC 4: Needs vs. Wants
Fix the clinch, fix the game.
The clinch entry animation is pretty bad; it’s slow and unrealistic. In contrast to real life, takedowns rarely result in the clinch. Once in the clinch, there is little danger because strikes are nerfed (except in MT), mobility is clunky, and there is no fluidity (only can do one thing at a time).
Overall, fighting in the clinch in EA UFC 3 isn’t realistic, dynamic, or enjoyable. As a result, players crowd each other and throw hooks/uppercuts with little fear of getting grabbed. Fighters that want to go to the ground spam takedowns, or spam the clinch and use it unrealistically. Clinch gameplay is mostly unenjoyable as currently established in game.
Once/if the clinch if fixed, we’ll be playing an entirely different and improved MMA game. It’s the much-needed bridge between striking and grappling, and it will provide players with a dangerous tool to counter inside fighting.

NEED
A developer as good as geoff who will interact with the community. I hope you guys can hire one of the old undisputed devs. That would be awesome. (Wesley bunn)Comment

Re: UFC 4: Needs vs. Wants
I don't ask for much. Online spectator mode (meaning needing servers, so that's unlikely) and full fight, 360-camera, replay mode. The replay mode is something they had in FNC.Comment
