Does it even make sense anymore to give suggestions on UFC 4? How far in development are we atm? It would really help to know what still can be done in certain areas, before everyone is posting hundreds of game mechanics and changes.

Give us something... We deserve it. This forum basically helped making UFC 3 playable. This thread alone has 27 pages on ideas. lol

    C'mon... its time, Geoff.

Yes, It does make sense to continue making suggestions... especially dynamic KO’s! Ross Pearson contribution... This ragdoll is the real deal, damn.

I think the message that we DO NOT want these canned animated UFC 1 knockouts back in UFC 4 has been received. If its being ignored well then...

        GOODNIGHT, IRENE!

Since this thread is pretty much the new wishlist may as well put it here.

I hope UFC 4 reworks a lot of perks that are mostly flat stat boosts or can be implemented in other ways. Is it really necessary to have a stat for improving hook power when you could make the hook levels higher for those fighters? A lot of the characters with extraordinarily high stamina (e.g. Nate, Frankie) also get the Marathoner perk. If anything, someone like Conor gasses early on and has a slight second wind near the end so it would make a character like him more interesting.

Some of the more interesting perks (to me anyway) were the ones that increased either your wrestling takedowns or trips and throws (Judoka?) but to be fair they could just be individual stats.

Also, it would be nice if body front kicks could rock or end fights. If they can already, they should definitely be easier to accomplish.
          ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

They can. Ive seen body kick tkos for sure. It was more of a teep looking kinda kick, not the push kick. Body front kick can also hit the face when the opponent is ducking/or shooting for a TD. I like that cause it reminded me of UFC Undisputed.

                  Want: Icon Machida

Without Lyoto Machida I will have to find a new main for UFC 4. Sad times.

Need: I'm a giant MMA fan & a giant gamer. I will 100000% buy UFC 4... 95% pre order the deluxe edition... However, Rag. Doll. Knock. Outs. Please.. they're objectively better than what's in 3.. someone's getting knocked unconscious, not laying down to go to bed the exact same way every other time....

Want: more cuts, blood, swelling... More fluid & dynamic head movement.. no more up down left right..... Another want - literally any information about this game before 2020 lol pls

I think throwing from out of range should make happen as well.

Since picking it up after a long break, it’s become clearer and clearer that fighters needing to fight like themselves is becoming more important to me. One of my first games in ranked my opponent used Rose Namajunas and went southpaw the whole time, firing off shots with seemingly the same power and speed as she would orthodox.

That shouldn’t happen. Namajunas wouldn’t have the exact same abilities southpaw as she would in her normal stance, and whoever uses her should be forced to use her like she fights in real life.

I really like this idea, especially when a strike is slipped

Needs a proper Replay System, like the FIFA games.

P.S. Why was the basic replay system of EA UFC 1 & 2 removed completely from EA UFC 3? Did they not have enough time to polish it? Is it related to the new EA UFC 3 glitch, where some weird physics KOs, cause the replay to be automatically skipped and not shown at all?
