Absolutely love the tributes from everyone in WWE & AEW.
The pictures are way harder to see than the stories, like one with his son and wife at ringside after a match in WWE, and a backstage photo of the Wyatt Family hanging out in the locker room.

Damn, terribly sad news in a year that feels like its been filled with them.

I was just thinking to myself about him this week

Crazy thing is that for some reason earlier this month I was randomly thinking back to how we had Owen,Eddie,Benoit all die in less than a 10 year span, and how at least among current talent in a major promotion we've thankfully not had anything like that since.

Obviously many of these legends deaths like a Fink or Rocky Johnson, Shad and others are sad too, but Brodie passing takes me back to the feeling when Eddie/Benoit died.

Out of left field and just plain awful news.

Completely blindsided by this. I grew to really enjoy the Brodie Lee character in AEW. The dog collar match wound up being his last, and what a great match to have.

To me, his portrayal of Luke Harper is what gave The Wyatt Family legitimacy. Huber was exceptionally talented at what he did, and will be greatly missed by all.

My sincerest condolences to Huber's family.

I always thought it was peculiar that they had Brodie drop the TNT title to Cody so early into his run...now it makes sense as he hasn’t been seen since.

This totally came out of left field and I’m just utterly shocked now.

                    Re: AEW Off-Topic

Joey Janela announces a 24 hour (yes, 24 HOUR) long wrestling event to help support indy wrestling.

Also contacting Guinness Book of World Records to get this event cemented in history as longest wrestling show ever.

I wonder if other AEW talent are allowed on it.

I've said it for years, it's only a matter of time before WWE does this. I fully believe they could put it on too. Especially now that they see they can produce shows with no crowds. If this Janela/GCW stuff works out, WWE for sure will do this at some point in the future too.

AEW probably could too with how long their matches go on for.

Why would WWE want to produce a 24 hour wrestling show?

Because it sounds incredibly boring from a more casual fans perspective and WWE is not in the business of catering to the super extreme hardcore fans.

The show wouldn't be done for the love of wrestling, it could be one of those telethon like events, raising money for charity. You just have matches and promos throughout the day from various talent.

I mean let's not act as if it's something completely unrealistic. A normal WM is already like 7 hours and they still dont have all their talent on the shows.
