Thanks. Yeah, I was pretty stoked about the Top 10 thing, too. I'll try my best to bring a NC to Houston but as far as this year goes, I've got the feeling that any and/or all of USM, TCU, and Louisville will get in the way. But then again, I didn't expect to pull off a win at South Carolina, so who knows what the Cougars are capable of this season!

            Update
Houston took care of Tulane 23-3. There were no incredible performances... just a solid game of football.

Houston: 6-0 - Win over Tulane just adds to the "W" total...
            Next game: vs Memphis (1-5)

                  Update
Houston survived a scary visit from Memphis 35-23 in a game that everyone thought would be anything but a shootout. The main story of the game was CB Jason Harper. He intercepted a ball and returned it fifteen yards for the score. But in the fourth quarter, with the Cougars looking for the put-away touchdown... the head coach brought Harper in at wide receiver. It paid off with a 65 yard touchdown reception. The fans in H-town were ecstatic.

                  Straight From the Coach
"I decided we should utilize Harper's speed and catching ability on offense. I can't say whether this will become a consistent thing or just something we know we can possibly rely on. One thing is for sure, however... Jason Harper is an outstanding athlete and we are all proud to have him wearing a Houston uniform."

Houston: 7-0 - Steamrolling ahead through the season...
Next Game: vs #16 TCU (8-0) - Game O' The Week!!

The Houston Cougars barely edged Southern Miss 28-24 to keep their unbelievable season going full steam. Houston is still undefeated, and no one can believe it.

We are going to keep charging ahead and do our best to remain undefeated and possibly bring the NC title to H-town!"
