I'm totally confused here. I feel like I jumped in to the middle of a conversation even after reading 7 pages of threads. Can someone please just answer the below questions
1- What is the fix, in other words what is the problem
2- What does the tuner set have to do with causing the issue
3- Does the issue exist in online franchise

I'm still a bit confused on what settings for coaches I should have on or off.

I think I want to make preseason cuts for cpu and not allow any moves in preseason. Once week 1 starts, cpu can cut, sign, trade or do whatever they want. What options do I need to set to make sure that works correctly?

Also I am getting these goals at the bottom, but not the goals that would pop up in right corner.

Can I ask a question without stepping on anyone's toes can some one tell me what the purpose of this 32 team control is it to control all transactions made by all the team during the upcoming season like cuts trades etc or is there something else this is my first time playing madden in like 6 years so I wanna make sure I get all the info I can to make this a very enjoyable and playable game. Any info would be very much appreciated.

I read if you logout and in as guest (ps4) you can, havent tried it yet

I cant seem to figure this out, when I select OFFLINE I have no option for 32 team control under league settings. But if I select CLOUD the option is there....can someone clarify. With all the tutorials it would seem to be a relatively easy thing to figure out but I haven't been able to.

You have to hit R3 and create a new player for each team and set their settings up.

Simply create a coach (or owner whichever you want) and pick your main team first and set everything to off as far as resign, fill roster, game prep etc. Then once in the main CFM hub click down on your RS (R3) and create a new character but for all the rest of the 31 one coaches or owners you create make sure you set everything to auto except in-season signings."

Tried to read this whole thread, don't know if it was mentioned. But why do we have to delete the tuner patch? Did it make the game worse or do something else wrong?

Well bad news. You can't use the retired after end game since this is grey out. When you try to select again a owner the next time. I don't know for how long but some teams you play twice a year. If someone knows how long it takes until you can select a new coach/owner let me know. In the meantime I advice to keep with the original plan of 32 control teams.

Thanks for attempting to help, I am on xbox one and when I select FRANCHISE I am presented with two options CLOUD or OFFLINE. I select OFFLINE and can create my character but have no option to create 32 team league.

So I just had a brilliant idea that I haven't seen discussed. If you want minimal effort to control the country teams and keep their trade logic and coach firing on, simply do this:

Set up 32 team as outlined here. Then Set all other 31 teams to auto-pilot(yes, I know it will keep goals). Then each week before your game, go and toggle auto pilot off for the one team you play. The other 30 teams are left to trade and cut players as normal. Then set auto pilot on all teams except yours heading into offseason and you can keep coach firings on for realism, assuming you set up 32 owners as opposed to coaches.

This is what I'm rolling with; I have no desire to manage the CPU controlled teams, I just want those 'Dynamic Drive Goals' out of my life.

I just finished setting-up my league and setting all of the CPU teams to auto-pilot (except for whichever team I'm playing that week); let's see how this goes...

That's odd....I just did a retire coach/attempt to control again sequence and it worked fine. 1:56:13 of this video is where I start to get into that:

I will point out that while I didn't actually go through with re-gaining control on the video (I only went to the screen right before you confirm it), i did try that just after I cut stream and it worked perfectly.

Where was it grayed out for you?

I can't say one way or another for Owner mode, I didn't try that. Only coach.
