I have a small question about this. Does it matter if you have all the teams (including your own team) as owners or coaches? Just thought I would ask to make sure it doesn't matter which one.

Armor and Sword has a good write up on the first page of his slider post that talks about what to do with coach firings on.

In case that helps anyone. I would want coach firings on as well, and it seems he and others on the forum (from posts I have read) have found a way to make it work.

BE SURE to have the "Sign FA's, Fill Roster, etc" set to CPU when you start up each new user. Once you start go back and set JUST YOUR TEAM to USER for signing FA's, fill roster, etc.
DO NOT set teams to Autopilot. This will not eliminate drive goals and will cause Confidence to wreak havoc on your CFM (robo QB!)
What is the difference between the two. Isn't setting everything to CPU essentially 'autopilot'?Don't look back too long and don't look too far ahead.Comment

If you set up a 32 team CFM can you play any team's games with no effect on confidence or do you have to SIM everything other than your teams games?Comment

If the tuner is deleted prior to beginning CFM and at a later point in time becomes usable once again, will the game pull this in from the settings and use if downloaded?
Hope that makes sense. Just want to know were not handcuffed to never using a tuner, if improvements can be proven at a later date, or vise versa begin with it and with to remove it.Don't look back too long and don't look too far ahead.Comment

They will and all you have to do is go in and double check the settings (click r3 and choose that team, then go to the settings menu) to be sure they are still set to ON for "Fill Roster, Sign FA's, etc.Don't look back too long and don't look too far ahead.Comment

What's the consensus on re-signing players with 32 team CFM?
On here it suggests keeping the CPU in control of it.
I know Armor prefers to use his own random numbers strategy to have complete control over it himself.
What do you all prefer?Comment

I just use this to counter the Confidence drive goals boosting my whole team to unrealistic levels. otherwise i´m more of a solo CFM.English, is not my first language.Comment

Yeah for some weird reason 32 offline teams disable drive goals. This makes the confidence thing very even and realistic and you don´t end up having 99 confidence after 7 weeks making your whole team better and having a big disadvantage from the CPU teams (CPU doesn´t simulate drive goals).
This cause the game to play the same as Play Now. I shared a few videos shoing a game with drives on and Drive off.English, is not my first language.Comment
