This Chandler Jones stuff is no closer to being resolved it appears, getting stranger and stranger (if that's possible). Says the LV Fire Department came and took him involuntarily to the hospital. Basically threatens to kill anyone if they're going to come check on him, and threatens to retire via text to the NFLPA when they asked him to reach out to the Director of Player Wellness.

My mind keeps going to Jovan Belcher for some reason, and I hope that doesn't end up being the case here. Guy needs some help and clearly doesn't have people around him help him understand that.

Rodgers was the plan. The only plan.

I'm sure jobs will be lost over this. But thats why bad organizations like this remain in the situations they're in.

The Jones family is not the model of mental health, unfortunately.
Bills, Sabres, Illini, Cubs, basically any team that abuses its fanbase and I'm there.

Re: Jets and Wilson… why’d they turn away Ryan and Wentz. At this point, neither are saviors but both are competent. Wentz will at least sling the ball around, even if it’s to the other team at times.

Carson Wentz is going to be the new Nathan Peterman with the amount of times I see his name get thrown out there despite the results of the last few years saying he ain’t it either, lol

Lol...It's still crazy to me his decline. I still watch his MVP season like WTF.

I never forget folks tossing that Favre label on him during that time.

Matter of fact here’s my hot take: Mahomes is nothing but a Rodgers clone as far their style of play. Everything Mahomes is doing now, Rodgers was doing during his prime and I’ll die on that hill.

I don't think anyone thinks he's it... at all. Jets don't need someone to be it to win game. They need someone who isn't afraid to throw the football and live with the results.

NFL and NFLPA announce gambling discipline updates.

NFL and NFLPA are modifying gambling policies. There will be increased discipline for gambling on NFL games. Now a violation is one year, and two if a player bets on his own team. Any game fixing will result in banishment. Betting on non-NFL sports from the workplace will lead to this: 🏈First violation – two game suspension without pay 🏈Second violation – six game suspension without pay 🏈Third violation – suspension without pay for at least one year Message from NFL-NFLPA: don’t bet on NFL.

I see what Pack is trying to say. I think he's talking about on the field. Well I hope he is.

I’m talking about style of play.

Big Ben got 2 rings but we would never say he’s on the level of Rodgers at any point in their careers, lol.
