Didn’t realize we’ve had a few over the last couple years, Arians from AZ to TB and Payton from NO to DEN. I always remember the Gruden and of course, Belichick and Parcells stuff.

Belichick probably does need to move on and so do the Patriots. They can’t play out the next who knows how many years trying to chase the wins record for BB with the state of the Pats the last couple years.

I gotta wonder… if McCarthy chokes in Dallas again… but i don’t know if BB and Jerry Jones could ever co-exist. Trying to think of teams that feel like they’re a coach away from getting over the hump. Shoot, my Bills could be in the mix. I don’t know how I feel about that!

I’m sure we’ll have the next few months to speculate…

I mean if a team came to me and said "We'll give you a 1st and second" for a coach that was either on the outs or wasn't performing, I'd listen.

Did something happen in cities like Dallas, Atlanta, Houston and Minnesota that they don’t want to go back to those cities?

It was a disaster the last time it was in Dallas because of an ice storm that hit. We have pretty mild winters but almost every February we get hit with an ice storm that shuts down roads for a few days, it’s probably not worth the risk to the NFL. I have no idea why they’d go back to LA so soon though when there are are all the other options you listed

I wouldn't mind Belicheck in Washington but I don't trust him as a GM. Let him coach but don't let him pick the roster.

Yes, we only have one snow plow in the state of Texas and it is loaned out to Oklahoma.

What kind of GM is going to have the brass to tell Belichick what's what?
Bills, Sabres, Illini, Cubs, basically any team that abuses its fanbase and I'm there.

When asked about his coaching future and his response was "on to KC" I would've loved the reporter to say "they already have a DC"

That seems like a comment you make to any head coach, let alone a legendary one, that gets you reassigned to a desk job.

Clever nevertheless, so someone should sacrifice themself for the People.

I know it's Deadspin, but it's the only place that I saw this being reported.

I think the Chargers would be perfect for Belichick. They already have the QB in place...he can focus on fixing the defense.
