They can cut the field in half and force all players to play with one arm tied behind their back and they know millions will still watch, especially when the data backs that up.

Sucks that they’ll be adding another game, especially when the quality of play at certain positions is going down but it is what it is.

Yeah, I prefer 16, but 18 is preferable to 17.

Josh Allen winning MVP in the same year he was voted Most Overrated and Best Sportsmanship in the same year he was voted Biggest Trash Talker is incredible
Bills, Sabres, Illini, Cubs, basically any team that abuses its fanbase and I'm there.

I don't consider Eli Manning a HOF QB. Yes, he has two Superbowls. But, outside of those 2 Superbowl runs, I feel he was an average at best QB. A career .500 winner and a ton of turnovers. It wasn't really until the OBJ 4 year stretch that he was putting up good statistics. I don’t think he was considered a top 8-10 QB.

Do you think the next crops of QBs like Brees, Rivers, Big Ben should be a HOF QB? Only one I feel certain with is Brees. I didn't really think Kurt Warner should've made it.

I feel like Eli, Rivers, Ryan are all the same guy. Mix and match them however you like and the results are the same.

If 1 of those 3 gets in, they should all get in.

100% with you on Warner. I can't think of another player that fell off a cliff for 5 seasons and made it to the HOF. and the career numbers are just mid, and will only look worse going forward.

Brees is a lock. and should be.

I would put Ben closer to Eli than Brees.. but he's a Steeler. He'll get the votes.

Very, very surprised Sharpe got the call over Holmgren. I expected the opposite.

              Holmgren is really getting hosed.

Put his resume against Cowher and Dungy. There is no doubt which of the 3 has the best case.

He won't get in next year either if Belichick is on the ballot.

I agree with those QBs. Brees is my only lock. I guess I would put Ben over Eli. Ryan and Rivers have statistics cases. Even with Matt Ryan, if he won that Superbowl, I'm still not sure about his case.

I'm somewhat surprised that Luke K didn't make it. He's in a similar position as Patrick Willis.

Warner took two of the longest-suffering franchises in NFL history to the Super Bowl, that alone is enough for me. Set aside that he added two MVPs and was triggerman for one of the best offenses of all time.

Eli and Rivers are basically negative images of each other. Eli had middling stats but playoff miracles, Rivers had regular season success but no playoff runs.

Big Ben, I have no idea how you keep him out. Two championships and Top 10 in career stats.

I definitely don't think he is, either. However, he eventually gets in because of the 2 SBs.

I think Brees is a for sure.

Personally, Rivers and Ben are to me.

All signs point to Kellen Moore taking the Saints job. As long as he has his head in the game, the only downside is another OC/scheme. Good luck on the Saints job, since both Brady and McCarthy turned that job down.

Deebo Samuel is on the trade market. I'm not sure if I'd make that trade. I almost put it in the Cooper Kupp situation. Where they are leaving a situation best suited for them. Samuel isn't a pure WR to be a #1. He isn't going to line up and beat CBs running crisp routes. The best way to utilize him is how SF has used him. The only issue is that way is why he gets dinged up like he does

Jets informed Rodgers they're moving on.

Way to have this news break on SuperBowl Sunday to bury it.

What will this now 40+ year old Packers all time great QB who went to the Jets now do? I hope Minnesota isn't too attached to Darnold...

The NFC South stinks. There's no reason the Saints or Panthers or Falcons or Buccaneers can't one or the other or the other or the other win the division right away. I'd give anything if the Jets could get demoted and relegated to the NFC South.

The Quality of the division is the main driving force. If they can truly stay paitent and embrace a rebuild, then it's appealing job long term. The cap situation gets better in 2027.
