pretty much. i have t2 diabetes and do a decent job of keeping my blood sugar where it needs to be, 80-120. during the game last week i started feeling funny and my vision got blurry. checked my blood sugar and it was 535! saw my doc 2 days later and she said stress will make your sugar levels spike. she said, "what the hell? that team sucks and you should either stop watching or get over it..." well i am not programmed to just get over it so option 1 is in full effect. i am just going to root for them from afar. i will watch the ravens games instead and if the skins do well then good, if not then good, i just can't invest time in them anymore...

What do Skins fans think about Jon Gruden in 2010?

Chucky might work. Mike Shanahan would NOT be the right fit. I have nothing against Jon Gruden.

              DO NOT WANT!

We need a GM first and foremost. Vinny needs to go. I don't know what compromising pictures he has of Snyder's wife, kids or whatever, but how he has survived as long as he has is a mystery to me.

Holmgren IMO would be a good hire as a GM/Coach. He was successful in Seattle. Cowher wants to be GM/Coach too. I don't think we should be excited to give him his first run at it, with as much Cap Hell as he might face down the road. Problem with the organization is this. No self respecting coach is gonna really think they are in DC for the long run, as long as Vinny and Danny are running things. The first step towards legitimacy is a real GM. Hell bring Charlie Casserly back to get this thing turned around. He drafted pretty well in Houston and would at least come in with a plan. Vinny C and everyone with close ties to his way of thinking needs to be gone.

Hmmm...mixed feelings so far about Gruden. He'd definitely bring better playcalling, and a no BS attitude. I don't know...I think that's what the Skins need, but yea...if Cerrato/Snyder are still Pinky and the Brain then this team is still no better.

Cerrato just sounds dumb. When I hear him talk I cringe.

Holmgren had his best yrs in Seattle when they stripped him of the GM title. I want Shanahan but you're right, we need a real GM in the worst way. I think the public outcry is gonna cost Vinny his job. I def. agree with you about premier coaches wanting to come to DC although Daniel will open up his wallet.

I don't care who the coach is as long as they show some kind of emotion or urgency on the sideline. The only thing I've seen from Zorn is him looking like he was gonna cry at the end of the Lions game. Plus, if Zorn is allowed to stay or we get a new coach at the end of the season, they better know how to gameplan a damn game. None of this 90% passing until you reach the redzone and then its 90% running to the left.

Also, its nice to see Moss have an amazing game, but why does it seem like each week there is just one primary target out there? First week it was ARE, second it was Cooley, and Sunday it was Moss. They need to find ways to work Kelly into the offense on a consistent basis so he can be a legit threat as the #2 WR.

Hoestly it's because Kelly and Thomas haven't developed. In week 1 the plan was to focus on Moss, and Cooley and let Kelly beat them. Well he didn't but ARE had a good game.

Week 2. It's focus on Moss and ARE let Kelly beat them. He didn't but Moss had a good game.

Week 3, it's the Lions Kelly, Thomas, Moss, Cooley, ARE and Marko Mitchell should've had great days they didn't. Until one of these 2nd year pass catchers starts to show up on film and give opposing D's something to think about, it's gonna be like this the whole season. One of them Moss, ARE or Cooley will have a nice game. We need more from the number 2 WR.

On that I see they are taking shots at Kelly, just not connecting. I think that is just a timing thing. For most of training camp Devin was the number 2 WR and Kelly came on late. It's good to see them taking shots with him, if they can start to hit on those it will open things up.

man, it still burns me that we didnt get Dasean Jackson. He would have filled the void at WR and PR. Instead we took Devin Thomas & another pass-catching TE. UGH

Yea...that guy is pretty good huh.

Honestly...I think you guys have a wonderful front office.

Vinny should keep his job for another 3 years...he's earned it in my eyes.

W/ an uncapped year looming I doubt Snyder even cares about having a GM. He's probably thinking about who he can buy up.

Jackson would've been a horrible pick though. They already had Moss and ARE and all the talk was (and still is) the lack of a tall WR. Jackson's a beast in hind sight but I'd still wonder how things would be if say he was on the Skins and Moss was on the Eagles. My guess is Moss would be having a career year and Jackson wouldn't be getting enough looks.

And before JBH3 goes off on me, I'd take Jackson over Moss right now but probably only bc of his age. When Moss was his age he was just as dangerous in the passing game and returning kicks. Now he's got a name, is short and getting constant double teams and is in a system that doesn't take many chances.

DJ wound up in the perfect place, and in the perfect situation. He would've just died and wasted away in Washington...especially under a HC who doesn't even know how to utilize Santana.

Not giving up on Zorn yet, but can't argue on his behalf either.
