With Mcnuggets as our QB you can bet your life that TO wont be a viking. I heard we arent even worrying with Braylon now either. Looks like James Jones will be who we sign. I really really really hope we get a legit number 1 though....

Having missed Sunday's game due to being in jail, Vikings cornerback and former Virginia Cavalier Chris Cook has been suspended by the team without pay. He was arrested and charged with felony strangulation over the weekend, the incident allegedly having occurred when his girlfriend was talking to an ex. The Vikings can suspend him up to four games without pay, by NFL rule.

A shame he can't keep his head on anywhere remotely close to straight, he's got some talent and was playing alright this year. This is his second arrest this season, however, and even after his suspension is up and even if he's acquitted, I'm sure he'll be hearing from Roger Goodell sometime soon.

Without a doubt Matt Kalil. You've got a guy who will be a starter in the league for at least 10-years and he's expected to be the next Joe Thomas/Jake Long.

Unfortunately, Rick Spielman has said that people shouldn't be shocked if he drafts Morris Claiborne because he likes him more. I mean, we've already made the mistake of drafting a quarterback too high last year (don't get me wrong, I liked Ponder in college but I like Joe Webb more), now he's thinking about making the mistake of not giving him help on the offensive line. We could use three of our first five draft picks and get starters for our offensive line but of course, I expect some stupid picks early in the draft.

Definitely thinking the same about Matt Kalil. And personally I don't think we should get a wide receiver in the second. We can play with two tight ends John Carlson and Kyle Rudolph, Harvin, and Michael Jenkins as a possession receiver. We just really need to upgrade our defense and offensive line in this draft.

I agree that we shouldn't, but if Alshon Jeffrey is there in the second then that's a no brainer. Jenkins isn't the answer on the outside and I definitely don't think Carlson is our answer as a second tight end. I do agree that we need to fix the offensive line and defense which I believe we can get starters all the way into the 7th Round (I think this is an extremely deep class for Offensive Lineman). I do think we could wait for Tommy Streeter in the 3rd to 5th round, he is one I see who could be the closest thing the Randy Moss that we've had since... Randy Moss. Extremely fast, tall, very athletic etc.

I hope the Vikings so no with South Carolina receivers!!!

The more I read the more I think they'll take Claiborne. I'm fine with him Blackmon or Kalil...

I wonder, if the Browns decide to trade up, how much they're going to offer to move up one spot to get Ryan Tannehill if they do indeed decide to do that. At that point, we'd still be able to draft Kalil which would be great. Like I've said, I believe we can sure up our offensive line in this years draft with the depth. In a dream draft for me, Matt Kalil in the first, Peter Konz in the second and Brandon Washington would be amazing. That would give us a chance to still draft a starting corner in the draft, Cliff Harris late because of off the field issues. As well as a possible starting linebacker in Vontaze Burfict who is expected to fall to the fourth round due to his immaturity. I also mentioned Tommy Streeter who I'm in love with because of his size and speed, even if he didn't do much in short time at Miami and Devier Posey who again, due to off-the-field issues at Ohio State, is expected to fall.

It was kind of cool hearing PA call the games on TV during the pre-season. I wish the TV and radio broadcasts would sync up better so I could actually listen to PA/Bersich rather than the knuckleheads we usually get stuck with. Lol

Very interested to see how Ponder develops this year. We need to see marked improvement from him. The O-Line should be better at protecting him this year, so he shouldn't have that as an excuse. (For the record, I think that was a valid excuse last year).

I know how it feels to possibly lose your team, so hopefully you guys can fill the seats and prove to your new owner and the NFL that the Jags belong in Jacksonville.
