Re: Official Seattle Seahawks Thread
Obviously Percy adds a dynamic new dimension to the Hawks option game, but I'm also drooling over their empty backfield sets with Rice, Tate, Harvin, Baldwin, and Miller. Good luck defending that!Member of The OS Baseball Rocket Scientists AssociationComment

Re: Official Seattle Seahawks Thread
Before the trade, I think a lot of us considered our WR corps as "okay". Nothing really to write home about.
After the trade, our WR corps just got THAT MUCH BETTER. We now have:
- A TRUE #1 WR who can be placed anywhere on the field
- A tall, lanky #2 WR who you can depend on to make the tough catches
- A quick, tough #3 slot WR who works harder than anyone on the team not named Russell Wilson
- A Mini-Harvin
- And a tough-as-nails tight end who can make big plays down the stretch and block for the running game
Any move that puts a team that far ahead in terms of skill, is the true definition of an "over-the-top" move...jWILLComment

Re: Official Seattle Seahawks Thread
It's almost like overnight Seattle became the sexiest team in the NFL. All this ESPN exposure and everyone is talking about the Hawks. Really shows how well Schneider and Carroll are running things. Favored to win the Super Bowl??? I'm not sure how to handle it.SEATTLE SEAHAWKS

Re: Official Seattle Seahawks Thread
I am so pumped for this season.. One thing I am bummed about is the Hawks will be the number 1 team used online on Madden. It has been the Niners.. Only teams I see online now are Niners, GB, Hawks and Ravens.
As much as I love all the guys being rated high. I took pride in rolling with a lower rated team.Mariners Seahawks Sonics UW Sounders

Re: Official Seattle Seahawks Thread
As much as it pains me to admit I really think the Seahawks have done a fine job this offseason between Avril and Harvin. Being a Niners fan I really dont like seeing teams within the division getting that much better but kudos to them, they really have made some extremely solid moves imo.Comment

Re: Official Seattle Seahawks Thread
Well the West is a bit top heavy still as St Louis lost Amendola and should lose Steven Jackson as well, not easy pieces to replace. Now Seattle and San Francisco are still the cream of the crop in the West by far. I think Tampa Bay could really do something in 2013 and then there is still Atlanta and New Orleans in the South.Comment

Re: Official Seattle Seahawks Thread
I was going to respond earlier that we have an obvious hole of ZERO interior pass rush, but got side tracked at work. Scratch that one off the list.
I'm going to assume they use at least one of those eight picks on someone for depth and to develop into that role after Bennett leaves.Member of The OS Baseball Rocket Scientists AssociationComment
