At work now but in 14 hrs I'll be headed to golf trip!
Weather is a little sketch but we'll be playing somewhere!

I am ready to replace my Callaway X20's but not quite sure what I'm going to get yet.

Not sure what my handicap is, but i like to say 10-15... hoping on getting down to single digits this summer.

My back is still a bit sore despite playing a full soccer game on Thursday. It's going to storm today anyways - but I really wanted to play this weekend. Going to give my back another week - and see how it goes. Swinging (air swing) doesn't seem to hurt, but bending over to pick up the ball brings on the pain so to speak.

Man I need to get back on the course. Last year I didn't go as much simply because I had no money. Now that I have a good job, I want to take my golf a little more seriously. I've taken some lessons in the past and I can do fairly well, but I just don't have any drive. When I push for more power, I'll shank the ball in any direction but straight on. I know I have the leg power to mussel through, but it just doesn't translate.

I'm going to try and get out to the driving range every weekend this month. I just need the practice.

Just got done playing my best rd of the short year. Shot a 84 and it should have been lower than that. I 3 putted at least 3 times. I'm a very happy golfer right now. My Driver was wicked today. Straight an long all day

Only got to play 9 today, but I can say it was my best ball striking round of the year. Things felt so fluid. Still struggled with some of the tougher shots (ball above/below my feet) but on the whole I put a lot of good swings on the ball today.

The greeen were a mess, as this course was kinda a dump, but with the ladies at a baby shower were got in 9 and that is nothing to complain about.

Got back from trip yesterday. It was very fun except the conditions were set to Advanced..
Highest temp was 45 degrees and very strong winds every day. Brutal.
My best round was a 93.
I'm a bit sore but hopefully in a few days I'll be good to get back out.

I played 18 Friday, 18 Saturday and 9 on Sunday. I am beyond awful. I can't wait til the weather warms up and the bermuda fairways come in at my club. I think my game will be fine then.

I hit the driver great, 3 wood great, but my short game is terrible. That is usually my strong point. I'll be taking a few days off I think.

I came so close to playing hookey from work to play. There is a pretty nice club right off the highway on my way to work. Alas, I lack the courage of my convictions. That and I have a really big presentation on Friday...

I bought the Taylor Made SuperFast 2.0 for $168 at a local club. I crush it. Went and played later that day and we only played 9 but I shot a 39 from the Blues (no black tees) and then it started pouring rain, so we called off the back 9.
I think I'm going to reach my goal of shooting par or better this year.

It's taking everything in me not to scoop up the original RBZ driver and 3 wood. I hit the driver in Florida and it was fantastic. I have the original Burner driver and 3 wood and while I mostly hit 3 wood on par 4s setting up medium/short irons into the green I loved the RBZ as it took the gentle slice/fade of my driver.

They are cheeper now but would have a hard time justifying it.
