The pot bunker issues was brought before, it was explained as some problems with Unity between PC and consoles.

NextMakers said that same issue applies to the specific retaining walls at Sawgrass and other unique assets at other real courses. It's not trademarks or anything like that keeping us from having them. It's that the assets would break the designer if used across all platforms.

I am starting to notice in ranked matchmaking that there might be significantly fewer people playing it than did right when it was introduced.

I'm in the 300 level, like 317 or something like that, and am getting paired up with people well above or well below my rating. I played someone who was in the 500s last night, as well as someone in the 100s.

The whole idea with ranked was that you're supposed to be playing people of a similar skill level...but if no one is playing from that level, you're getting matches with people outside your zone and are either getting trounced or are earning barely any points because you're beating "inferior" opponents.

Yep, same. The past few weeks or so I've been mostly playing people who are super consistent and really tough. Before it was more of a variety. It's to the point that if I'm down by 2 with less than 4 holes left it feels like it's over. They aren't giving away those leads. Or I get people who literally just started playing seemingly.

Really not very important but has anyone else noticed that 2k removed the post shot presentation where they show the caddie walking along with the player after they take the shot or is that only shown in career mode. Been a while since I've seen it.
Guess 2k is proud they fixed the replays because even with replays off they insist on showing me nearly every one of my putts that miss from over 20 feet.

Really not very important but has anyone else noticed that 2k removed the post shot presentation where they show the caddie walking along with the player after they take the shot or is that only shown in career mode. Been a while since I've seen it.

Post shot cutscene has been bugged for awhile. All I get now is my player dropping his shoulders almost after every shot. Even after a good shot.

Interesting. The only ones I don't see anymore are the scenes with the caddie walking along the fairway after a shot. I get everything else.

I know that frequent freezes and crashed with 23 have been platform specific to a great extent. Since the last update the game seems much more stable. Only one freeze and by letting the game play it unfroze within a few seconds. Previously I would have to get out of the game and restart.

I believe what they've done is remove nearly all of the caddie/golfer interaction after the tee shot on the first tee. No walking down the fairway after a shot and less post putt interaction. I played an entire round at Sonora and didn't see the caddie after the 1st hole. If it gets the game stable fine but I do miss the presentation additions.

Getting real frustrated with this game. Putting and green speeds need serious work. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve felt cheated out of a decent putt and have it roll off the green. There’s a difference between being hard/difficult and being cheated out of a decent shot.

A lot of times, I'll purposely putt short to get close than risk trying to make the putt.
