Had this happen recently with one right out of the box. Thankfully, after returning it, the next one worked just fine.

I have five Xbox One controllers, including the Elite and aside from the mentioned problem above with the Elite, never had any issues with any of them.

I wonder if it has something to do with how much your hands sweat when you play. My hands never sweat when I game but when friends have come over I've noticed sometimes their hands sweat a lot when they game. May explain some of the issues esp with the grip.

All of mine. I don’t consider a button sticking after 100 hours of use much of an issue.

They’re just poorly built. The headphone jack is a known issue. My son and I have gone through 4 recently and we take good care of the controllers. I saw a YouTube video suggesting to solder it, but I don’t feel like messing with that.

Need some help with the OneGuide setup.
Just bought the XB1 controller and have all the devices connected.
What I'm wondering, is there a way to watch satellite TV but bring up Netflix on the side?
Also, I haven't been able to find it yet, but I'm not sure if there's a way to bring up the DVR controls with this thing.

                          Any help is appreciated.

DVR is only if you're using a plug in tuner thing for over the air. I don't think there's any controls for getting to DVR, I *think* I use the Xbox App and get to the Cable controller and then there was a "menu" option or something that gets me somewhere I can end up at my DVR content and use arrows/ok buttons (if that makes sense).

I don't believe you can have content on the side, they got rid of Snap a while ago

yeah, the resources reserved for snap were freed up probably in 2017

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate = Xbox Live Gold + Xbox Game Pass.
$14.99/month, special price for Insiders = $1/month until release.
