Re: Xbox One
If you don't like anything MS does, why are you constantly in here? You are missing out on a great system. I would say the same thing to you if you hated PS and were in the PS forums saying the same things about it that you do about Xbox One. You've been around OS now long enough to know that its trolling. If you've made up your mind on The One and whatever the next Box will have. It's cool to be a fanboy, you need to be better than this.
Stop seeking conflict or looking to reaffirm your decisions about your purchasing choices.Last edited by Smallville102001; 04-17-2019, 08:54 PM.Comment

Re: Xbox One
Power dont matter when it comes to games Sony's brand is much more powerful. The fact that ps3 end up slightly out sold xbox 360 after all the issues it had proves that Sony will never be out sold by Micorsoft ever. They can have the power. Sony game brand is much more popular and they have much more popular excusives. Power will not do any thing.
My recommendation to you would be to stay out of this thread for the time being.Comment

Re: Xbox One
1 - who calls anyone bud other than maybe a child?
2 - you do when someone disagrees with you or says something that you clearly appear to not like.
3 - with #2, it seems to fit with a common thought that the term bud used towards an adult is a "friendly" way to be demeaning/condescending.
What is the point of being disappointed in exclusives? If you buy one system, then yes it makes a difference. If you have both, who cares? And even if only one...sure maybe be disappointed it doesn't have god of war or whatever. But then the answer is but at least I have game XYZ that the god of war people can't play?
Personally I don't really care. I buy all of them anyways. I could go into the PS4 thread and complain about what I hate about it and how the Pro was a worthless purchase to me...but that really isn't the place for it. If I go and say oh it sucks that there is no atmos support, fine. But I'm not going to roll in there with all the negative opinions you always have to share and be sure you get people to agree with you.
Multi platform is 99% of games. So I can play 99% of my games on the Xbox with the controller I prefer, the OS/rewards I prefer, the settings that are easier to navigate, the better party/online service (not so much as a service anymore I suppose, but cross play and buy still gets a huge jump up with saves transferring and whatnot), the one that can output atmos sound through soundbars and virtually through any headset plugged into the controller. The one that auto syncs between consoles withouth needing to manually download saves. the one that has cloud saves even without the paid online service. That was even before the X was released. Now they look way better too, icing on the cake. Even if you try to tell me otherwise and how my opinion on what I like is wrong.
And save the book response, I never read more than the first sentence or two of your posts. Generally based on the response others give, I already know what it says.Last edited by joet6683; 04-18-2019, 12:54 PM.Comment

Re: Xbox One
I say bud more out of habit than anything else but it's not meant to be negative in any way, shape or form. I have no issue with anyone who disagrees with me because well, why would I? My gaming preferences aren't going to change just because someone else's is different just like no one else's preferences are going to change just because my opinion is different.Comment

That’s all good. The problem is you always feel the need to remind people on the Xbox forums how much you prefer Sony and it’s getting annoying. Everyone has a preference and that’s also fine. You come off like a troll because you do it constantly and quiet honestly at this point people are tired of hearing it. There’s nothing wrong with making comparisons sometimes, but it’s becoming quiet apparentwhat your agenda is. Hopefully we can talk Xbox stuff on the XBOX forums.

Would love to talk about Xbox stuff as there's some good stuff out there now regarding Ninja Theory's new IP and that disc to digital program I know some are interested in. There will also be a good amount of stuff to talk about leading up to E3 and definitely afterwards.Comment

Re: Xbox One
Thought of this in the PS5 thread, but more relevant here too.
With all the future faster systems coming out, do you think MS could add a "stream from xbox to xbox" app? I could imagine buying a new fancy super fast system, but wanting to play in other rooms as well....using my older Xboxes as streaming support (exactly the same as streaming to PC) would be pretty cool!Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Yeah....I imagine having a fancy new Xbox 1280 or whatever they name it in the living room (for instance) but wanting to play in a bedroom too. Yeah, xCloud is an option, but that's a lot of bandwidth too.Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Re: Xbox One
I know this has been around for a year or two (three?), but over the weekend, I used the "play game on XBOX, stream it to Windows 10 PC" feature for the first time. When it was announced, I just shrugged my shoulders and said "Ok, but it's not something I'll ever use."
Well, I did and I really enjoyed it. Why and how did this occur? My XBOX is in the family room. Wife was going to be watching TV in that room. I wanted to play XBOX. Rather than drag XBOX to office, I actually remembered the streaming option (This situation has occurred many times the past two years, yet I never remembered the steaming option before. doh!). It only took about 60 seconds to get it working and it worked great.
I'm not sure you'd play Fortnite or COD this way, but it worked flawlessly while I was roaming around in Witcher 3 for a few hours.
Both the XBOX in the family room and the PC in the office have wired connections on my internal network. I can't speak to using wireless.Comment

It's a great feature IMO. I've snuck in a bit of gaming before work when I was working from home lolNintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Nice feature, i stream my Madden franchise to PC, to keep all my games archived. NBA 2K blocks the audio, but if you stream to PC the audio is still there. Streams are 1080p 60fps.I
BTW: Make sure you are hard wiredComment
