I also lucked out and bought 2 new controllers with the light bar on the front for about $60 a few days ago on Amazon.

I did the same. Got the new controllers for $30 each on Amazon. Nice deal.

Not sure if it was posted here, I saw it on slickdeals and bought it as soon as everyone there was saying it was brand new. It was an Amazon warehouse deal being sold as "like new factory sealed". It definitely wasn't used at all when I received mine.

I've read mixed reports but my Pro has been whisper quiet. I sit about 5-6 feet away and besides hearing it when I first insert a game, for the most part it's pretty damn quiet.

I have heard mix things about the pro and its sound to. I have heard some reports that it makes less sound then the normal ps4 and some that it is the same but I also never had issues with the normal ps4 and its sound lol. Ps4 normal makes much less sound then normal ps3 ever did.

Or, maybe you can "sort of see it," but it isn't worth the sacrifices made to other parts of visuals for certain games for them.

Obviously 15 FPS is far different, and hopefully no game ends up chugging that slowly even with the current PS4 Pro problems.

I have seen that before and 15 is clearly slower then the 30 or 60 but the 30 and 60 look about 99% the same with the 60 looking slightly and I mean slightly different.

Nope. Canceled pre-order today on way to work.

Not being a downer but I don't have a HDR 4K (Just 4K) which I'm really fine with.
Not just that but I mainly got into consoles for the life span and just go play. If they are going to go to these "Upgrades" after it releases then why would I stick with consoles?

I can built or buy a great PC with upgrade capabilities and get a better experience in the long run.
Sure I'll miss some console exclusives but really isn't that important to me in the long run.

Guess I'm just a little salty with these upgraded consoles ... when I can be on PC and pay that upgrade cost towards a new video card etc...

I'm sure the PS4 PRO is a nice system but comparing it to upgrading my PC ever 2-3 years.. I'm going PC.

but i feel the samsung goes better with the xbox and that the sony ob. goes better with the pro.

I "think" both are going for the same 1600 BUT these are the 65inch models

the 60 inch samsung KS8000 goes for 1200
and there no Sony variant at 60

I have 55 now

i need to go bigger

But i dont know how much a difference 55 to 60 is or 55 to 65 is to know

I save about 400 going less
and spend about 400 more going bigger?

One of the best things so far about getting my Pro is going through Ratchet and Clank again . I forgot how much fun this game is and it just looks so damn crisp.

so im with you(not only because don mattingly is my favorite baseball player of all time(was able to see him play to what an honor)

I got the pro but will be treating the scorpio in the way you feel that a computer upgrade is best

I feel the ps4 pro will be unmatched and that the scorpio SINCE the microsoft titles will be all on windows 10 can be...

JUST got this game too.

I held off dont know WHY i did

I loved tools of destruction on ps3 (still feel its better than some mario games honestly too if i had to make a "world" comparison etc.)

I would say go Samsung it has a 8.3 over all rating compared to the other tv and its 7.7 rating and while you said it is getting a update for its subpar HDR on the Sony one you don't know how while the update is going to fix the HDR. I would think Tv and updates like video games and patches don't always work well. I would say if you want to go bigger then your 55 you should just go up to 65.

Favorite game of the year and I thought it already looked crisp on my 720 upscale 1080p tv lol. There are only about 5 games to blow me away graphics wise then gen and this game is one.
