Oh man you have a ton of options. I really like LG monitors, good quality and beautiful screen.

I mainly use Asus as the builds tend to be better than Predator and this one has been getting pretty good reviews

1440p at 240hz with 1ms response time....I am blown away so far

I am selling my LG Ultrawide after buying the Samsung

i grabbed this a few weeks ago for $360. Really think this monitor is tough to beat at this price point.

This, that is the baby brother of the more popular B version which is 500 dollars

I believe they share the same specs except the 500 dollar one has the usb downstream connections

Those monitors are great for gaming with awesome response times in the 4.4 range and input lag at around 2 to 3ms

This monitor just came out. I heard the HDR is pretty decent on it but it’s a VA monitor which is the only downside

I bought the Omen 27i earlier today at bestbuy, but it looks like it’s going back. It’s a 10 but monitor and the colors look great, but too much light bleed for my taste.. will take a look at what you suggested.

Look how bad the light bleed is on the Omen 27i. This monitor is going back.

if you want a monitor with awesome black levels with local dimming and high contrast you need the samsung 1440p 240hz monitor with freesync and gsync

This monitor picture quality is amazing and the screen is pitch black with little to no blooming

I’m going to micro center tomorrow to check it out. My only issue is the curve. I’m not a fan of curved monitors.

when I was at the store they had a display model and I was completely turned off and said no way. But bought it because I wanted to get it into my set up and see how it performed and looked.

I have had it for 3 days now and I cannot even notice the curve any more. It looks flat to me when sitting infront of it. Only when you look at it from the side that you can see the curve but let me tell you that the curve actually improves the experience because it keeps your vision in one shot and when local dimming is turned on, the contrast levels and colors along with the inky blacks are amazing.

                          am playing nba 2k 20 at 1440p ultra with 175 to 190fps.

Modern Warfare at 140 to 180fps

Fifa is the only game at ultra settings I can get to 240 locked and it looks amazing.

Once you feel 240hz and go back to 120hz you will see and notice the difference for sure but you first have to experience 240hz

Both Microcenters not too far from me sold out on the monitor. Looks like I’m going to have to order it from amazon. CS go and rainbow six siege might easily run at 240fps.. try those

I was at micro center earlier and the rep told me many people are having issues with their G7’s overheating and flickering issues. I don’t think that’s something that can be patched since it’s a hardware issue
