Just checked my receipt, I got $150 for the Xbox One including the controller. They took the Kinect for $27.50.

I was looking a the wrong line item because I also traded in a game with it. So in total I got about $180 for my X1. Considering what the 500 GB ones are selling for (which is what mine was) I think that's fairly decent.

Well I did it anyway. I will be without an Xbox for a day. I'm getting the slim, traded all my things I had in including my 500gb One I had, plus some other things that I had already traded in, also had some credit so I'm only basically paying 20 bucks when I pick up my system tomorrow at the midnight release.

Also I am getting the 500 gigabyte Halo version so if anybody wants to Halo Guardians game please let me know the first person who PM's me it's yours since I own the game already

In case you don't know, Halo 5 is the physical disc version and Halo MCC is a digital download code.

It really does, it's a beautiful machine aesthetically and the new controller feels more robust. It's really nice, I'm impressed.

Now my only question is which storage version I should get. I have a 1 tab external hdd already so needing more storage isn't all that necessary. Probably just go with the 1 to versok.

I was reading an article on flip board gaming section. They are saying the Scorpio is going to be the most powerful gaming system to date when it comes out. possible at a cost of just below $1000 , yeah I think my Xbox one S maybe with me for more then a year. I'm not liking that price

I would say just go for the 1TB like you said, you already have the external 1TB. I got lucky and they still had some launch 2TB when I bought mine a week ago, otherwise I would've went with the 1TB as well.

Sounds like a blog written the day of the announcement. Most powerful console is a direct quote from the presentation and $1000 is not something any serious journalist would suggest, lol.

if you put away 15 a week from now till the scorpio comes out then price is irrelevant when you have more then a year to come up with it.
