So I finally broke down and got a PS5 off of PS Direct this morning. I have a PS4. I want to transfer 4 games from the 4 to the 5. When you do the initial setup and transfer does the console let you choose which games and their data you want to bring over? No idea how this works. I don't want to bring over all of my games from the PS4.

I'm thinking that Sony may dig out an ole classic shooter as a play against Call of Duty
Don't think they'll announce a Pro yet because they're finally out of the inventory shortage issues and it wouldn't make sense to stall production now. But a handheld? I think they would jump in again and will make an announcement.

Totally forgot about the possibility of a handheld. The problem is it'll be streaming-based and you have to be connected to your PS5 via WiFi for it. Kind of defeats the purpose, but I get why they don't want a division devoted strictly to handheld.

My main wants were Spiderman 2 and seeing Metal Gear Solid 3. Not seeing a release window for MGS 3, makes it seem like it is a ways away(at least 2 years). Definitely liked what I saw from Spider-Man 2. You can the increased speed of traversal.

I'm interested in the earbuds. For me, it just depends on the price. I'm currently using a USB dongle to use my own eaarbuds. I have no issue with that set up, but if it seems like the PS earbuds are an upgrade and a reasonable price, I'll consider it

Spiderman 2 looks amazing and a few other things looked good but still a very disappointing show over all after no show for like 20 months. No fractions, Wolverine, ghost of Tsushima 2, Astro bots. We really still don't know what else we have besides spiderman 2 and that still don't have a date for that. No real idea of 2024 to. I hope Sony has another show towards the end of the year or a lot of stuff saved for summer game fest or something.

Count me as disappointing in this one not enough 1st party games so basically we don’t know anymore then we did. The only game I see that I know I’ll play is spiderman

It does make me wonder whether they saved anything for Summer Gamefest

I can agree with the disappointment. It seems like that they stuck towards stuff that is coming out within next 12-15 months. I agree nothing that we haven't already known. I didn't expect certain titles and I guess they didn't want to go over stuff that's more than 2 or more years away.
