Well, if it werent' for my fiance, I would definately go w/ a CRT. With that said, she is into interior decorating, and wants an LCD/Plasma to mount on the wall. And since she's supporting me and my 360 purchase, it's the least I can do, lol. I love LG's though. They are sweet.Twitter - WTF_OS

Sears will have it for 369.99 on Black Friday. I know its not a widescreen, but is it that important considering there still aren't that much HD channels yet.
This Insignia still has me hooked in too however.
399.99 on Black Friday.
What would you guys go with, or any other alternitives with basically a budget of $400. I know its not alot to work with but there seem to be a few deals where you could get a decent HDTV for $400 or a little less.
I know you only said $400, but if you could find another 100, Circuit City is selling the 26" Panny HDTV monitor (widescreen) for $500 and the reviews for that set are really good.

Re: HDTV Questions and Answer Thread
Wow... I never saw this and have been posting the the XBOX 360 High-Def or Regular TV post. Well I have been looking around for a HDTV and I saw the Insigina but, was told its only 1080i/480p which isn't good i guess and then people referred me to Samsung but, thats also a 1080i/480p.
I then found a TV that looked Great and sounded great and it was called "Prima" the Input Compatible is 1080p/1080i/720p/480i/480p. I am thinking about going tomorrow and grabbing it.

Re: HDTV Questions and Answer Thread
I'm in the market for a widescreen HDTV, primarily for gaming but of course for DVDs and digital cable HDTV as well. 30" to 34" would be right down my alley, and my price range is $1000 - $1500 (although I could stretch it to a bit more if it really made a difference).
I know this is a general question which is probably disliked here, but I've been researching a ton on HDTVs and I feel like it's still so hard to even narrow it down to even 5 or 6 different choices. Given my budget above, does anyone have some suggestions as to the way to go on this?
I was looking at the Sony Bravia 32", which is $1699 at Costco and $1599 at Amazon, but that seems to be getting some poor reviews. Other than that the Samsung LCDs seem to be liked. But I just don't know. Any suggestions?Comment

Personally I wouldn't purchase a TV without an HDMI interface, but that's just me. I like to have options!Comment

Well, I've narrowed it down to four options (although I'm open to suggestions I may have missed):
-Samsung LN-R328W

-Sony Bravia KLV-S32A10
(http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Sony-...oductDetail.do)

-Sharp Aqous LC-32DA5U

Any opinions on which one of these to get? Experiences with them? Any help is much appreciated.Comment

You can get the Sony KDF-E42A10 for about the same money. Just another option if you would like something bigger.
