I'll echo the sentiments of the choir here...
I've seen it two times, and I rarely do that with any movie. I thought this movie absolutely ruled my a$$. I did have to see it twice to fully understand the plot (I guess I am slow), but after the second time seeing it, I definitely think it's even better.
Daniel Craig is uber badass in this movie; just a total Steve if I've ever seen one. Like everybody else, I really liked how they used more simplistic weaponry and gadgets. It made things more believable. Of course, it's quite a leap to have the viewer believe this took place before the other Bond films, and have crazy laptops and LCD's in the film..
The scene where Le Chiffre's girlfriend poisons Bond's drink really freaks me out for some reason. The way they shot this part with the woozy camera effect and frenetic Bond panting made my own heart rate increase. Probably because one of my big fears in life is experiencing that kind of heart rate. That got to me.
The torture scene was pretty insane as well. I was definitely squinting throughout that.
Oh yeah, the first chick that Bond banged, the wife of the greasy looking Euro dude, wow, absolutely smoking hot... Vesper was also hot I thought. Great melons on her.
