w00t, I got 10 more HD-DVDs in the mail today. I have about 60 movies now. There are about 10 more I need to get on my list. Nice collection now. I've paid about 10 bucks or less for them too, which feels pretty damn good.
I've only watched a couple so far. Once I finish getting my movies, I'll finally have time to watch them.

I found it strange that on Cloverfield, when I quit the playback and start it up again, it doesn't continue back from where it was in the movie, it starts at the very beginning.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

Are any "future-proof" SAL blu-ray players suppose to come out before/around Holidays that is going to be cheaper than the PS3?

Re: **Official Blu-Ray & HD-DVD Thread Part II**
So I went to Best Buy to get this (Cloverfield) price-matched. They said they would, but they didn't have it in stock. So I only bought The Usual Suspects from there (price-matched at $20). Then I went to Sears... they had it, but said they didn't price-match Blu-ray movies and only electronics like TVs, etc. So I went back to Target, and unfortunately it was the same stupid idiot working in the electronics section, so I went to the front. The guy at the front sort of didn't know, but when he saw the price with tax was like $37 something, I think he just felt sorry for me and did it anyway. $18.75... BOOYAH!Comment

OK, I took a quick view of Lost Boys. The transfer is very good. A definite upgrade from the DVD Version. The audio is also very good. I didn't get into the extras @ all. I know it's a bare-bone review so I apologize

*COUGH*!
Blu-ray gives Iron Man a perfect 5.0
Overall, Iron Man is the best two-disc package available on Blu-ray. The film is fun, the audio is mighty impressive and I can't in good conscience fault the video quality enough to deduct points. It may not be the most detailed picture I've ever seen, but I believe that could easily be accounted for by the camera work and CGI integration. Robert Downey, Jr. and the special effects give Iron Man a fresh, unique vibe that sets it apart from most action or superhero films. There are enough surprises and plot twists to keep any audience on their toes; enough humor to keep any audience chuckling; enough character development to satisfy the critics and Stark nerds; and enough effects and action to get the blood pumping. Iron Man gets my highest recommendation and Paramount--a studio that not long ago snubbed Blu-ray consumers--gets my thumbs up on a job very well done.XBL: DTX3
