So now that we've all gone back and watched this great series again, what are your Top 5 quotes from the show?

I really think there are too many great ones to chose 5, but two of my favorites in this single scene is Avon's reference to "walking tall" (at :09) and Avon's quote to end the scene-"He a man today..he a man."

The only problem with Stringer is he was so long winded.....In no order.

Speaking of Clay Davis, surprised nobody mentioned any of his legendary lines.

The whole scene with him on the stand in season 5. Afterwards Bond and Pearlman are watching him talk to the press.

I thought both Bub's and Bodie's quotes perfectly encapsulated how cut off from the outside world they were. Bodie's almost makes you want to laugh, but then you realize the plight of some of these guys who have never or never will escape their own area code.

Lester: "A life, Jimmy, you know what that is? It's the **** that happens while you're waiting for moments that never come."

Stringer: "N****, is you taking notes on a criminal ****ing conspiracy!?"

Bodie: "He's a cold mother*****"
Poot: "It's a cold world, Bodie. "
