I put Pack onto my two sites, anyone else want them, go ahead and PM me and I'll forward you what I did him, or just PM him.

I haven't listened to Drake yet as I'm waiting for a complete rip with every song and maybe bonuses to drop.

I listened to Camp straight through twice though. That was my first Gambino album and I thought it was really, really good (I'm a huge Community/Glover fan though). Good enough for me to get all his other albums.

I know I'm going to get flamed for this, but people were making fun of Ross, Wayne, Birdman, etc. for talking about the same stuff and making it a drinking game... take a shot every time Gambino makes a reference to not being considered black enough or being a nerd, lol. Still, love the album. The story he tells at the end of the last song gives me chills and the last line is something I can relate to SO MUCH.

Same here, and this is why I regard Gambino so highly. Its not that he's the best lyricist in the game, its that he goes through the same things that most of us have gone through, except none of us ever dare say those things. We all try out very best to hide our most exposed moments, while he openly says his.

Take Care is alright. Nothing special like I was hoping for after songs like Marvin's Room came out.

I like: Over My Dead Body, Headlines, Marvin's Room/Buried Alive, Underground Kings, HYFR (guilty pleasure, lol), We'll Be Fine, and Lord Knows

I don't like: Take Care, Cameras/Good Ones Go, Doing It Wrong, The Real Her (3000 is solid as always though), and Practice

And as of now I'm indifferent on Shot For Me, Crew Love, Make Me Proud, and Look What You've Done.

The production on the album is good, but personally I feel like Thank Me Later was better in that department.

Also, it's surprising to me that Drake wanted a track with Andre 3000 so bad yet The Real Her is the one he does with him. I was expecting something much better there.

                      I'm not knocking your taste.

Just saying you can't compare them now. Talk to me in like a decade and see how many people are still bumping The Weeknd and how many people are STILL bumping Dead Presidents from already 16 years ago.

'Ye and Jay have the lasting power of the greats. I'm not so sure that The Weeknd isn't just a product of a phase.

Don't get me wrong, I like his music though.

My original post was more about Drake and The Weeknd having the ability to make stadium music.

Clearly the pair is no were near the level of Jay or Kanye.

I don't think anyone will be checking for The Weeknd in 16 years. Matter a fact I bet Drake is making movies in 16 years and leaving the music biz alone.

When you say Stadium Music, you basically mean songs that would play in Arenas/Stadiums or Stadium Music IE making Hits/Classics?

Just trying to get some clarification on that before I comment any further.

                            Yeah, that's what he meant.

'Ye started the whole "Stadium status" with Big Brother on his Graduation CD.

Anthems that Rock Bands make that Hip Hop music lacks.

Kanye West makes music with an E.P.I.C. feel that rocks an arena. Drake and The Weeknd together also give off that vibe. The Weeknds voice is perfect for arenas and Drake has the stage presence ala Kanye to pull it off.

It doesn't really have anything to do with making classics.

IMO Hip Hop music is best performed live in a venue that fits 1,000 - 2,500 peoples.
