Re: *** LOST: Season 5 Discussion***
It was funny when Widmore got back to his camp and scoffed at the notion that the Losties has followed him there. I think he says something along the lines of "no one knows the island better than me". "That old man certainly can't keep up".
I was like damn, why would a bit character talk about knowing the island so well. LOL. Great, great twist. It blows my mind that Alpert is tied to these different groups of people at different time periods on the island. I know he doesn't seem to age, but still crazy to see this coming together.
One hour just isn't enough, after last week.
SpoilerI also like that the Oceanic 6 wasn't in this episode. When they showed the previews for next week, and showed Jack and Kate, I had almost forgotten about that part of it.
Spoliers in case some don't watch or want to know about the previews.Comment

Re: *** LOST: Season 5 Discussion***
You guys are worth a million dollars. I don't respond because I can't touch what you guys create, lol. Wonderful insights, discoveries, and theories.
SpoilerIt is ironic that Locke wouldn't fire at the fleeing other (Widmore) and Sawyer was fortunately a poor shot. Imagine what a kill shot would have done to the space-time continuum?
One other thought about the 108 minute key: Could it have been to keep the time from shifting like it is doing right now? I know that it wasn't shifting after the hatch blew, but they were all on the island too. Just wondering.Comment

Re: *** LOST: Season 5 Discussion***
I think it was buried wherever Rousseau's team landed... they all got 'sick' from the radiation of the atomic bomb.
And yeah... it's pretty obvious why the girl on the island was 'familiar' to Farday.
Also... lets remember Mr. Boone in Season one 'Theresa falls up the stares, Theresa falls down the stares....' in Locke's vision...
Hmm... and what happens to be the bed ridden girls name? Theresa.
I think its pretty clear how she got there. That is... unless Boone was talking about another Theresa, like a babysitter or something... in which case I could totally be wrong!Last edited by Lintyfresh85; 01-29-2009, 11:19 PM.http://flotn.blogspot.com

Re: *** LOST: Season 5 Discussion***
yeah I am hoping that they show that happening now that they are moving through time. It would also be interesting if the people on the island actually saw their plane crash. possibilities are endless lol.Comment

Re: *** LOST: Season 5 Discussion***
I hope they tell us how the US Army got to the island in the past, or at least how they found it.
When you guys are talking about Alpert and the wooden boat, is that in the first episode of S5? I am not sure which part you are referring to?Comment
