Re: Celebrities Who's Death Affected You
I'll just be simple with it: If you weren't apart of my family or whatever, your(celebrity)death wouldn't really affect me much. You'd probably get a simple "RIP" out of me but that would be it.

SEAN TAYLOR!
I dont even want to watch football and everytime i watch the redskins on defense i just think about how taylor would do it. I was a complete fan of the way he played the game and i dont enjoy it anywhere near as much with out him.
Considering he was going into his prime, died midseason, and was murdered while at home, there is good reason for his death to affect people.Comment

But to beat me, he's going to have to kill me. And to kill me, he's gonna have to have the heart to stand in front of me. And to do that, he's got to be willing to die himself. I don't know if he's ready to do that."Comment

Re: Celebrities Who's Death Affected You
Steve Olin - He was a reliever for the Indians who died in a boating accident during Spring Training.
Layne Staley - My favorite musician of all-time. It wasn't a surprise because of his drug addiction, but I always held out hope he would get cleaned up and make music again.Comment

I didn't read the other 6 pages of this thread when I made that comment, if that was the reason for your comment. If someone else said it then good for them I guess lol.Last edited by ProfessaPackMan; 06-29-2009, 07:24 PM.#RespectTheCultureComment

None.
The closest I've came was Layne Staley to being affected I suppose..but, he was a drug addict in the long run so I wasn't "affected", I was just wishing I'd be able to hear his voice life once in my lifetime.Last edited by UNC_Pete; 06-30-2009, 10:42 AM.Comment

Re: Celebrities Who's Death Affected You
I stated earlier that I wouldn't reply in a thread titled "Which Member of N'Sync is the Cutest" because I'm not gay.
Its like a thread being titled, "Whats the Best Football Game You've Ever Seen" and you reply "I don't watch football." What is the point?
Obviously, some of yall's reading comprehension failed.Last edited by Po Pimp; 06-30-2009, 12:18 PM.Comment
