It's that shell backpack they're wearing. Notice how Mikey looks decent in the last poster because the big *** shell is blocked from view.

Other then that, they're just super ripped. I like the old better, but these aren't ruining it for me.

What the turtles look like means nothing to me and has zero detriment to the movie for me.

The fact that, after watching that trailer #2, I now pretty much know the entire plot of the movie and it just doesn't look that good...that's why I won't see it until it's on TV or Netflix or whatever. I won't be paying for it.

Which is why I won't be watching trailer #2.

I've said this a lot, but trailers have been a major gear-grinder for me. They just reveal too much. Some movies know how to do it right, and either mislead or leave it up in the air even while they show over two minutes of footage. Some don't. Same with Funny People, The Double, Non-Stop... you name it, they just don't know when to stop the footage/revealings. I'm guessing this is one of those.

Well, I'm definitely gonna check this out, probably at the movies. The trailer had a positive effect for me, I thought it was great and I'm officially hyped now. I'm not in love with the shells looking all bulky but outside of that they look great to me. I'm cool with them being ripped. Donatello's design is just awesome. Splinter looks great. Shredder loooks ehh he's okay I guess. Looks like the humor will be there, I even liked the dig at the early fan reactions with the "aliens" comment.
                  PS: You guys are great.

Thanks for the warning on the trailer and I agree completely with Blzer. The marketing people don't know when to stop when it comes to doing trailers.

I think people are nitpicking on the look too much. I think they look cool.

I just hope this reboot doesn't bring anything like this again.

I know Raph is the biggest out of the four but there's this scene in the trailer where he just looks ridiculously big. Almost Hulk like with the broad shoulders.....

Pizza power!!!! Don't hate the concert and I'm pretty pumped for this movie. Might be one of the better movies of the late summer but I have to admit this second trailer revealed too much of the story

What's the story everybody keeps talking about?

All I saw were action set-pieces and locations. Sure, there are events that I guess are "spoiled", but we don't really know what all is going on. I mean, you can pretty much fill in the blanks since this is a Michael Bay production, but the other ones weren't exactly complex.

After that last trailer I am actually pretty pumped for this movie...

I am a fan of the design choices and can't wait to see this take on turtles....glad they took some risks.

I really didn't want another remake of the 90's movies..
