Look for Primary graphics adapter under advanced or something like that and make sure its set to your PCI-E and not onboard

Re: Official "I want to build a New PC!" Thread
Bought me a case and New Ram. Now I am waiting for them to get here. Man I hope to god it isnt a nightmare for me to transfer the stuff over.....
The case has built in (1 x 140mm LED Fan x side, 1x120mm LED Fan x front, 1 x 120mm fan x rear) so I hope that is enough.PS4 Twitch: http://www.twitch.tv/candyman5os

Try some of the suggestions in this faq.
Try your old card just to be sure it's only happening with the new card.
Where'd you get the card? Any chance of an RMA or get it exchanged?PS: You guys are great.

Got it from Amazon
Old card and everything else worked just fine, i've never seen this message ever before and games have no frozen on mefor any reason prior.
I don't want to do a full system reimage but Ill try deleting these drivers again and, take the card out and put it back in again to see if it catches anything.
Such a weird issue to have. It plays and shows games then freezes/stops or just stops.Comment

Boot into bios, set you on board vga as your primary card.
Shut down
Pull out 7800 card
Boot to win
Make sure to downloaded latest driver for the card.
Install newest driver
Restart then boot to bios
Set primary card to pci-e
Shut down
Install card
Boot to win
Go to device manager
Find your card and check driver version is one you installed.
You should not have to do all that but if you want to treat it as fresh install its worth a shot.
Personally im thinking its a conflict with the onboard vga, but it could be a malfunctioning card. If none of that works, RMA it and if second card does the same, you know its a conflict.

So yeah I couldn't do what you said because it kept crashing when trying to access anything from the on board card so I put the card back in and changed the settings back.
So the last few times the error message changed.
I was just playing just fine in windows mode. I turned everything down to medium and thought I would make it through a quarter because there was no interruption longer than before.
Then it freezes and I get the message im starting to get now
You might not be able to see it because it took to long to take a pick but it says application NBA2K15 exe. has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware.
What the heck does that mean?Comment

Wow, that's weird. Do you have any other games that you can try with it? Verify integrity of the game's cache (right click on the game in your library>Properties>Local Files tab).PS: You guys are great.

Got through a quarter of 2k by updating MS Framework 4.52
Googled this issue and it seems across many games and cards whether Nvidia or AMD, tons of people are having this issue..
application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware
That's just an odd issueComment

I wish I had a camera so somebody could walk me through transferring my insides to a new case. Lol. Speaking of my case just shipped from Newegg and now waiting until my RAM comes.PS4 Twitch: http://www.twitch.tv/candyman5os

You over thinking. All you have to do is unplug everything from 1 case and plug everything into the new case.Comment

The only thing you might want to do is get your motherboard book out so you can locate you case hard drive light, power button, rest button, case speaker, etc plug in location on the motherboard. Only other thing I think you will need to find that could be different is your usb 3.0 locations.PS4 Twitch: http://www.twitch.tv/candyman5os
