Dang, that stinks Victor. I was expecting something like that, but to my suprise, everyone has been extremely helpful, and took care of me better than I ever expected... I was ecstatic when I got the 360 back yesterday, and it was a brand new one. I just hope this one doesn't crap out.

 Re: Official 360 Problems

Their service is indeed getting better, but it's a work in progress. I got my 360 at launch and it died about 3 weeks later. At that time they were swamped with defective consoles, it was a zoo. I was getting different anwsers everytime I called, it got kinda frustrating. But in the end, I got a working console back and ultimately that is the goal. Can't complain too much, just wish it was done in a more timely fashion.Originally posted by WTFDang, that stinks Victor. Since it wasn't that long after launch, I imagine that MS didn't have that many consoles produced to replace all of the defective units that were getting sent back.Originally posted by Victor99Their service is indeed getting better, but it's a work in progress. Well, at least I hope that's the reason it took so long... Comment

 Re: Official 360 Problems

I 'm not sure if I should be concered, but everytime I play FNR3 the system runs very loud, All other games seem to to be fine. I mean it's not causeing the system to screw up or anything, and plus it just happens when playing FNR3, should I be worried or just play the system unitl it dies, I mean I have no lock up's or any red lights, so I think I'm good,\. I just don't like the sound I hear when playing FN, I looked at the disk itself and there no one sracth. What do you guys think.Last edited by RoyalBoyle78; 02-23-2006, 04:44 PM.N.Y Mets

Call them, and ask for a box. At least you have it handy if it craps out on you. That way you save yourself waiting a couple days for it, but like Will said, you're probably safe.Comment

It's loud on my 360 too. The drive seems to be spinning really hard.Originally posted by FootballForeverI 'm not sure if I should be concered, but everytime I play FNR3 the system runs very loud, All other game to to be fine. I thought of doing what Sully stated and getting a box just in case I had to send it back.Comment

 Re: Official 360 Problems

I am now having my first problem. I am playing a game and all the sudden, the TV screen goes blank. The system is running fine (no red lights or anything). So I think a cable wire popped out, but nope. I have no idea what happened. So I shut the 360 off and turn it back on and the game boots up fine. I play for about another hour without a problem. Then today, the same thing happens. I have no idea what's going on. The system is running fine, all wires are connected, but the TV screen just keeps going black. Anyone else have this happen? Re: Official 360 Problems

I believe if your system is having a A/V problem it will trigger the red lights, maybe there is something wrong with the T.V.

 Re: Official 360 Problems

 You could do this:

 Go to your dashboard
go on the bottom and hit "eject CD"

Just so you dont have to press hard on the tray anymore..Comment
