He's right, I read it too, although I had read it was a PS3 only game.

It's simple, the way this gen is going to be, there won't be any exclusives unless it's first party. There will be exclusive windows though, like with this, or the GTA games. Square's FF might be the closest, as we probably won't see any of those on the 360.

I think your right Extreme about this. I'ts kind of cool in the end as we don't have to be spending all this money on multiple systems.

I want to wait and see if you stick to the one system this gen comment you made a month ago. I'm going to try and stick to this, but I worry I'll cave into getting a PS3.

Talk about your classic Sony Hype in effect. Will change the nature of gaming and entertainment forever....please spare me. Hey Sony ever hear of the Xbox360 pretty dam nice system and it's games are in HD?

I'm really curious to see how close this machine will perform to the 360. I'm still getting the system at launch for it's exclusives but this Sony "Glossing" itself is getting old.

Their hyping up THEIR OWN system. Aren't they allowed to do that? They are marketing the system. Every company does it to everyone of their products.

Yeah but saying it will change gaming forever...please. I read that and immediately I think of Emotion Engine and Toy Story graphics.

They did say one of the causes for the delay was the PS3 motherboard and components didnt fit yet. Maybe they will make it bigger.

And let me clarify my position regarding the PS3. I'm sure it will be a nice system. I'm buying it at launch, but IMO Sony has lost alot of credibilty with me regarding their last system and their hype.

So far I have not been let down by MS's Xbox, Xbox Live or the 360. They usually backup what they say.

I like my 360 but MS goofed up with the 360 as well. It stinks as a DVD player, has poor BC and had a lot of hardware problems at launch. It's all new technology and there will be some bumps in the road for all the companies as we move ahead.

True I agree with the launch and the hardware problems. These seem to have been corrected as we don't hear as much regarding issues with the system.

BC means nothing to me cause I still have my Xbox, and I don't have DVD's. But the overall gaming experience is awesome and MS delivered ten fold on their promises.

Let's see how things will go for Sony and i'm curious to see if problems crop up at launch and if gamers will give them a pass because they're Sony.

Here's what I believe in a nutshell: It doesn't matter if it's Sony, MS, Nintendo, etc we are willing to forgive them because as we grow older there are few things that give us that jolt that toys did as kids. These machines give many people that feeling of joy (of course there can be a whole other discussion about how much happiness one can actually get from things) and they are our toys. So we want MS to do well, we want the PS3 to succeed (unless you are blinded by some kind of "brand loyalty"), we want to play with our toys.
