It shouldn't be that laggy. Have you tried Bethseda's recommendation on clearing the Xbox 360's memory cache?

Did anyone get the fish scales for the dude that lives by the river? He needs twelve and I've only gotten two. According to him they're everywhere. I'm real close to iceing this dude.

The green arrow on your compass will tell you where to find the others.

I love owning my own horse lol... hot @ it always being outside wherever i leave. I need to find more sidequests... i don't wanna help Martin just yet.

I ended up rushing to Martin, but realized I was in over my head. Luckily, I had multiple save points up til then, so I just loaded one that was about an hour before my meeting with Martin.

I ran into a sheep herder in Shardlock. He was complaining about bears killing his sheep, and asked me to kill 6 bears, and he'd take care of me. I killed two before deciding I wanted this guy's house. I walked up behind him and cut him up. Went into his house to take a nap, and was woken up by a guy from the Dark Brotherhood. He sent me to the Ill Omen Inn to kill Rufio. I snuck down into Rufio's room, scared the **** out of him, then killed him. Slept in his bed, and was woken by the dude from the Dark Brotherhood again, telling me I was officially accepted.

I love this game. Soooooo much to do.

As for the darkness thing, i love it. The fact that you have to use a torch brings memories of some of the rpg's from the 80's. You dont got a light? you aint seeing nothing

Cannot believe this game! Upgraded my graphics card to the 6800 gs to play this. This game is absolutely beautiful. I have never seen environments like this. Smooth at 1280x1024 and high effects enabled. A little framerate drop during combat, might have to disable some eye candy. Wow! that is all I have to say after about 3 hours of playing.

Walking to finish a quest. Some highwayman jumps me and demands 100 gold. I tell him to go f himself and he proceeds to kill me in two blows. Doh!

For those of you that have this game do you use the fast trip feature (or whatever it is called) or do you walk everywhere you are sent?
I heard using the fast trip and not walking you miss out on a lot of important things, almost like some side quests or something.
I want to get this game but I was just curious on this.
By the way I just found out Gamestop has a trade in 2 360 games and get 1 free......this is how I will get Oblivion, probally.

I never use fast feature. I've found news places etc.. by walking (or on horseback)

Look on your map, and point the cursor over the little icons around the city. The stable icon looks like a cup. There's stables just outside every city.

To get a horse just do the first part of the main quest and they give you one.

I love this game. Soooooo much to do.

I did the same exact thing, and I should have backed out like you did, but now I'm searching for a key to unlock the guy in the tower. I think I'll get passed this tonight, then I'm going to go back and take it easy. Try to establish myself with a horse, and house. Then level up some before taking on my quests.

And I gotta say, never played a RPG before, I'm digging this game just as much as Ghost Recon, maybe even a little more.

how many hours of gameplay does this game provide as far a finishing it and if i have never played a rpg game before will i like it!!
