Re: Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion discussion Part II
Alright... I'm trying my darndest to find a copy of CompUSA's ad now, since the WalMart people said they'd price match it, only if they had a copy of the ad... Now I just have to find a copy of the ad, lol.Twitter - WTF_OS

Re: Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion discussion Part II
Do you have a CC in the area? I didn't take the ad, but I took a copy a printed page on their site and they priced matched.Originally posted by WTFYeah, but those F'ers said they had to have the original ad... is this true? Or will I be able to use the printed ad?
Good luck with Wally World if that's your only option.Comment

Re: Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion discussion Part II
Well, the thing is, the CC is 30 miles further... the WalMart is 30 miles, lol, but the CC and Best buy and everything is around 65 miles away... with gas prices, it almost wouldn't be worth it... I'll give it a shot though.Twitter - WTF_OS

Re: Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion discussion Part II
I bought mine at WalMart and had them price match it. I printed out the ad and took it in. Their big hang up was the instant savings vs. it saying sale price. They called CompUSA and verified that it wasn't a rebate and it was an in-store price as opposed to web-only.Originally posted by WTFYeah, but those F'ers said they had to have the original ad... is this true? Re: Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion discussion Part II
Yaeh, I'm printing it out right now as we speak... another thing, I hope they will take in my "return"... I got PGR3 and it's still unopened. I don't have a receipt, so I'm hoping they will take it. That will be $49.86 trade in credit... and the price match, I should have a few bucks left over...Twitter - WTF_OS

Re: Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion discussion Part II
Tell them it was a duplicate gift...they'll take back anything there as long as its unopened. However, you might have to buy something else to cover the difference between PGR3 and Oblivion because I doubt they will give you the difference in cash.Originally posted by WTFYaeh, I'm printing it out right now as we speak... another thing, I hope they will take in my "return"... Re: Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion discussion Part II
Yeah, they told me to bring in the game so they could see if they would take it, lol. I'm sure they will take it. I may even buy around 10 packs of gum to cover the difference, lol. I'll be off to check here very shortly.Twitter - WTF_OS
