If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :) -
Re: Assassin's Creed
I've done something similar. I actually have found it funny, especially in Acre. Kill one guard, the other comes over to investigate, the guard says, "Who did this?" (the accent and way they say it cracks me up for some reason), and then silently kill that guy. "These are dark days indeed." You bet your *** they are!Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Re: Assassin's Creed
I cleared out the exit route of enemies, slowly and stealthily. I dropped down and quietly killed my target, then ran, hid, and got it so I could easily walk to the bureau...I followed my intel and it actually worked for once (first time I've seen it really matter for the entire thing)Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Re: Assassin's Creed
??????? anyway I was kind of angry in the post about the ending but the game was very good imo. A while back I said it should be a rental but I was wrong. You should own it. I was just excited about what happended at the end then the credits roll. That made me more mad then the Halo 2 ending.PS4 Twitch: http://www.twitch.tv/candyman5os

Re: Assassin's Creed
I enjoy doing the informer assigned stealth kills more than some of the story based kills so far. I just did one in the rich part of Damascus where I had to kill two guards with stealth kills and get back to the informer unnoticed in 3 minutes. Trying to balance speed and absolute stealth was more fun for me than the slaughter everyone in your way before and/or after your target.
...I think I'm going to do a 2nd play through with all the hud stuff off and focus on stealth only killing when absolutely necessary.Last edited by mudtiger; 11-18-2007, 08:32 PM.Comment

Re: Assassin's Creed
A while in I finally got rewarded with a target kill that wasn't just a sprint to the target and do a wild stab, or a "kill some guys then chase down the target" kill...

Re: Assassin's Creed
Man I don't even care about stealth anymore, I've been beating up whoever I want and taking on every guard around and dropping them. I used to be scared of upsetting the guards but I've had battles where I've gone against 10 guys and just had a pile of bodies around when I was done.
I'm still really into this game though....I didn't think it'd be this fun given impressions...Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Re: Assassin's Creed
I do that too sometimes...as you go on the difficulty does ramp up a bit, I've found myself dying more on save citizen missions whereas in the past I'd never come close to dying.

Re: Assassin's Creed
This is one of those games, where you start playing and the next thing you know 3 hours have gone by. I am really liking it so far, despite some annoyances.Comment

Re: Assassin's Creed
Agreed, rented it today and can't put it down. As a matter of fact, I am gonna buy it because there's no way I will go through it all by Tuesday (Mass Effect). Will get it used later on, but a great game so far.Last edited by trobinson97; 11-19-2007, 01:40 AM.PS: You guys are great.

Re: Assassin's Creed
I don't know if they're drunk, mentally ********, or whatever...but they're about to be dead in mass numbers. 4 straight times on an informer assassination I get outed by the drunk/mumbling/"special" guy who pushes you all the time. I wish I could knife them with no penalty.Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment
