Thanks guys, adding ESPN and aukevin... You don't have to smash with the c-stick, ESPN. You can smash the left stick and then hit A to smash. That's much more powerful.

What control scheme do you guys reccomend between a gamecube controller vs. a wiimote w/ nunchuck? I've been using both so far, don't really have a preference. The only thing is sometimes I do smash attacks with the wiimote instead of regular attacks. On the flip side, not a huge fan of using the c-stick for smashes on the gamecube controller

Oh yeah, here is my SSB friend code: 2019-9367-6181. Everyone needs to post theirs, because I haven't been able to get in a regular online game yet.

I prefer the WiiMote + Nunchuck scheme. I like having the C button on the nunchuck for jumping, I never trust the pressing up to jump controls. There is probably a dedicated jump button on the GC setup, but I don't know where it is and the C on the nunchuck is pretty easy to use for me.

Jump is Y on the GC controller. I like having C-smash, smash, power smash, and jump all available to the same thumb.
