You actually get the achievement whether you use charm or intimidate.

All I no is that I lost 2 good crew members in one mission.

...The 2ND half of the mission involves a lot of close-quarters combat, so you might wanna bring someone who's good with the shotty...
Will have to try for that on my next play through.

Man, just wrapped the game up tonight and the only thing I can think of during the credits was, "Wow, what a great experience." I can't say there are to many games that have left me with such a feeling of satisfaction when I finished it such as Mass Effect.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: In my eyes Bioware can do no wrong.

I guess I should start acting like the Hanar from the Citadel and start preaching of Mass Effect's greatness to those who will listen, and to those who will not list.....Renegade time *cough*

Just finished the game in about 33 hours or so. Made it to level 50 woot! Good lord what an epic game. Epic from beginning to end. I loved the ending. The music for the last mission just got me so amped up and ... DAMMIT IT WAS EPIC! I said it before, I'll say it again...this is by far the best game I have ever played. Nothing comes close. I've never been this wrapped up in a game before. Now I'm just pissed because it's over!!!! Oh well..time to play it again

That sucks. I know I would be pretty upset if Ashley took it upon herself to do that. Her and the guy you start out with are the only 2 characters that I rarely ever use.

Holy crap, you can climb waist high objects in this game. I didn't know that at all. My brother just climbed onto a crate. Smooth animation and all. Game just gets better and better.

Yeah I didn't figure that out until midway through. I climbed onto a crate, then onto another, then another and ended up finding some much needed medi-gel. Very nice indeed.

                  Wow, I didn't know that!

Is there a button you press or do you just walk "into" the object?

If you walk up to a climbable object, a little graphic will pop up on screen prompting you to press "A" to mount the object. Then you proceed to climb up onto it.

The first time I saw that I happened to be standing next to Ashley in the smugglers hideout on some planet. I was like "about time she came around to the Shepherd." Alas I had to chuckle a little as I only climbed onto the crate and looked around.

The "mount" function is really weird. It only pops up in certain places. They should have made it where you could climb any surface, like in Splinter Cell.

This is my favorite game of all time. As an RPG nerd, I couldn't have asked for more. I love Bioware

It's 5:00 AM and I just got done playing. I'm already figuring out what I'm going to do the 2nd time around too. I can't wait!
