I just watched that video, and was pretty surprised. what the psychologist lady said regarding what you could do in the game. I can't stand it when people try to pin everything on the video games, and how easy it is for kids to get access to it. I was carded when I bought the game (I don't really think I look 17 but ok), My dad has been carded when he bought a game before. Then past that, the whole "they could just look it up online", that is just laughable. If I wanted to go look up porn online, I don't even have to put in my age, or if I do, it isn't like there is a guy standing next to me saying "you are lying", hell, my email account with fictional name and all has a fake age in the 30s. In ME, you had to have a relationship with the character, and nevermind the "women look completely like the submissive character with weak personalities", as if I remember correctly as a female you could be with Kaiden. I didn't think Ashley was really a weak character with no backbone who just wanted to be saved by her knight in shining armor.
I also enjoyed the comment with "once it is in the house, instant access. If a kid is alone, I bet they want to play that videogame". Please. Same is true with DVDs. How many people have rated R DVDs, some with much more sex scenes than ME. I could easily go to my house and find something like Band of Brothers (which does have a sex scene) and watch that. But apparently just videogames are these crazy destructive forces which will lead to the downfall of all civilization, and lead to a generation of super serial killers bent on world destruction through wanton violence and assault.
