Thats great to know. I'd play RB2 much more if I had a proper working guitar. As far as the first gen drums go I have no issues at all with them had em for alomst two years now and with the silencer accesories they are even better. The one downfall is they're wired but really, I can live with that.

Re: Rock Band 2
I would be in heaven if any of the Tom Petty stuff wasn't live, but this is still good. The Waiting is my favorite Petty song and should be a fun guitar and vocal song.Ryan Spencer

Re: Rock Band 2
The 2nd-gen RB Strat is MILES better than the original. The Overdrive works better, the strum bar is a ton better... the difference is night and day.
The 2nd gen drums on the other hand... don't get me started on those. I have had nothing but problems with mine. Laggy input, frequent connection drops, etc.Comment

Re: Rock Band 2
Just bad design. I need to find a good set of RB1 drums, they were a little louder but worked nicely. Just need to buy a better pedal if I got that route because the RB1 bass pedal was worthless, it would break after a couple hours of playing.Ryan Spencer

Not only that, but man, it's like we just had Tom Petty. Re: Rock Band 2
I've been really disappointed with DLC over the last few months. There have been some good releases, but a lot of crap I'm just not interested in. I have basically no interest in anything that's live. I have the ACDC pack, but I wanted ACDC and that's the only way we were going to get it. The Iron Maiden live stuff stinks. Magic Bus by the who isn't fun to play. There's just something that doesn't transfer well to these games with live tracks.
Thankfully I've never had any issues with my RB2 drums. They've always worked great.Xbox Live Gamertag: MizzouBrentComment
