Re: Red Dead Redemption
I'm torn on just running through the game to get the whole story and taking my time to enjoy everything (but this could be a problem because it opens the chance of me getting burnt out on the game and not finishing it)Comment

Re: Red Dead Redemption
I'm strictly offline with this game. Beat it when it released then sold it back to gamestop. Just re-bought it yesterday. Game of the Year edition, though.
First time through I went "good guy" with high honor. Now, I'm going through as a "bad guy." Can't wait to achieve legendary fame, but as a bad guy.
I know this word is used too lightly, but this game is truly epicComment

Re: Red Dead Redemption
A lot of people have done the "first time through I was a good guy, now I"ll do it as a bad guy" thing but the cutscenes and story make it really hard to be a bad guy IMO. I've tried it and eventually the story makes you be a good guy and doesn't really care how many innocent people you slaughter.
Getting the army chasing you down because your wanted level/fame is so high is def pretty cool though."You make your name in the regular season, and your fame in the postseason." - Clyde Frazier

Re: Red Dead Redemption
If your honor level reaches the lowest point, you become a "desperado." In Thieves Landing, you get 50% extra of what you sell in the shops and you pay 50% less. Only your crimes of murder are reported to cops and I you get the "dark horse." It isn't very fast, but it has high health and doesn't drop speed when you run off the roads.Comment

If I end up playing RDR tonight, I'm blaming all of you.
