Re: Homefront (360/PS3)
Ok well I have played 4 games , and I must that I am really impressed with the MP. It's so easy to just jump in and play, and not feel lost. In my fisrt match I went 8-10, without really knowing what I was doing.
The sniping I like, as it's not overdone, and with the follow-cam, you know where the guys are at. So snipers have to either be extremely cautious, or constantly on the move. I also really enjoy the fact that I do not have to unload a whole clip into someone to get the kill.
The controls are very easy, and you will acclimate yourself easily. The hit detection was great, and the graphics, while not awesome, are still done very well.
Very glad I picked this game up!Twitch - bluengold34_osComment

People are for reviews if it backs their argument, and against them when they don't.“I believe the game is designed to reward the ones who hit the hardest – If you can’t take it, you shouldn’t play!” Jack Lambert“Quarterbacks should wear dresses.” Jack LambertComment

Re: Homefront (360/PS3)
But with this game, there's just something that "feels" different.
I've seen elsewhere folks have stated that if BC and BLOPS had a kid,Homefront would be the result.
I guess the best I could describe it is...take COD's customization, and throw in BC's pace and feel, mix in some really good hit detection, and that gives you Homefront.People are for reviews if it backs their argument, and against them when they don't.“I believe the game is designed to reward the ones who hit the hardest – If you can’t take it, you shouldn’t play!” Jack Lambert“Quarterbacks should wear dresses.” Jack LambertComment

Re: Homefront (360/PS3)
Might just be a isolated problem cause I've been playing since noon with no problem. On a side note I was checking out the medals which were not available and I got back to my load outs and I've lost my gun unlocks, I still have my rank and XP but all my guns stats have reset. Not a big deal cause there wasn't that much but just kind of weird.I've heard this "patience is a virtue" junk all my life. I'm happy to say I have no virtue, no scruples, and no desire to wait too long for anything. In my humble opinion instant gratification takes too long!

Re: Homefront (360/PS3)
ok... graphics are OK, not great. Bad company 2 looks much better environmentally and seems to play a little more smoothly BUT... what this does well is good hit detection, the feeling that you are playing a SHOOTER where aim and cover matter.
also while I was underwhelmed for a while when I finally reached level 7 and opened up Battle commander mode... wow... so much FUN.
The more people are learning to use the inventory items (SPOTTING!) the better all games play also.
BC is a blast when you get a few kills you get tagged and all hell breaks loose. same when hunting a streak player...
like that a lot.Comment

Re: Homefront (360/PS3)
One thing I don't like is seeing the AI crouching and leaning up against walls but I can't. You can crouch and get good cover but I'd like the ability to stand behind things and peak (unless I'm missing that).
I am enjoying the single player. Very intense and some funny lines too.Being kind, one to another, never disappoints.Comment

Like Klocker, I am a bit underwhelmed to tell you the truth. Maybe things will get better after Commander Mode is unlocked.Comment
