So I sat down to play about an hour and half ago. Figured I would do a quest or two and then lay down for the night. Well Im still playing, still havent done a quest, and have no intention of stopping for a few hours lol.

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Anyone have any good tips for leveling up your blacksmithing? Such as places to go to get the right metals?

Lexicon Quest:
SpoilerBest story of all time. Seeing what the others did to find the Lexicon was awesome. And I was expecting that to be much harder, but I was basically able to stealth kill everything.
Also, getting all that Dwarven stuff was awesome. Dwarven weapons with Elven Armor = bad *** thief.Too Old To Game Club

I'm with you here, I don't feel as though I know enough to make a true decision other than, I'll just do one and pick the other if I do another play-throughLiquor in the front, poker in the rear.Comment

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
You know how people often haphazardly anoint games "the best ever"? Well, in the case of Skyrim I think it's actually deserved. Off hand, in the history of gaming, I can't think of a title that has had more to offer, and I have been gaming since the Atari days.
I would honestly rank it above the likes of Mario 64, Chrono Trigger, FFVI, FFVII, A Link to the Past, and Ocarina of Time. IMO it's that good.Last edited by TeddyKGB; 11-23-2011, 01:13 AM.Comment

I think A Night To Remember is the best quest I have done so far. Defiantly give it a shot when you can. Anyone else really enjoy that quest?PSN: King10Sooted

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Right now I'm at level 19, mainly focusing on side quests. It's tough to decide what to do and where to go. I wasn't impressed with Oblivion at all, but Skyrim has me hooked. I've put 30+ hours into this, where I don't think I touched that in Oblivion after getting it on the release date.
I also love that seemingly pointless miscellaneous quests can turn into so much more.Comment

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Take a pocketful of coin to Whiterun, buy out all three smiths for all of their leather, leather strips, iron ingots and iron ore. Smelt the ore then make iron daggers until iron is depleted, then make leather bracers with the leftover leather. Sell the stuff you just made then do a quest. Repeat.Comment

All Your Tamriel Belongs to Skyrim.
If modders can take advantage of this, well, it'll be even more insane than this game already is.Comment

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Not sure. I joined the Stormcloaks. The Imperials(Romans) seemed far too ready to rid me of me head at the opening of the game. Plus, I'm a Dumner.(switched from Redguard), it only seemed fitting to rebel.Comment

Was already mentioned a couple pages back, but yea.
I think some of it is possibly for DLC.Oakland Athletics San Jose Sharks

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Don't sell dragon bones nor their scales. Store them away, and when your smithing reaches 100, craft dragonplate and dragonscale armor. Enchant and sell, or enchant and keep.
I'm currently in Dragonplate and my follower is in Dragonscale. Tanks.Comment
