If you do the main mission where you fight the reincarnated dragon, then its fair game from dragons for the rest of the game. You may even trigger a random dragon while going to a predetermined dragon fight. Then you better hope they fight each other. (They wont fight each other)

      Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Last night I began the journey of Caellian Eytherdlues, a wood elf from outside of Skyrim who was sold into slavery by a jealous husband. Since then Caellian Eytherdules, which is elven for Arrow Master from the Forest of the Bow, has grown bitter of humankind. During his time in slavery he grew to like being alone as the other slaves, mostly being mixed between Nords and Bretons, belittled him for his elven ancestory. To keep himself busy and productive (as the master called it), Caellian liked to chop wood, learned how to smith, and occassionally would be allowed to hunt deer on the property. While he learned to like away from others, he had a soft-spot for a cute girl in trouble. When he caught his master trying to rape a slave girl, Caellian was arrested and sent to Skyrim for trying to prevent such a horrible scene from happening.

I made it to the first dragon encounter and quit. I forgot how crazy the beginning of the game is.

I must have missed the explanation of upgrading shouts during the game, so how do you? I remember when I met with the grey beards they upgraded my current shout a couple more times. As I find more shout words or whatever I unlock those shouts with dragon souls, but it looks like those shouts can be upgrade two more times, is that right?

Yes, that is correct. They become more powerful with each additional "word" that you learn. You need to kill dragons to absorb their souls so that you can unlock additional words that you learn.

Do they get more powerful as you level up or no? Maybe it was because I was fighting a lower level dragon (blood dragon I think), but I was using the freezing shout and would freeze the dragon for about 2 seconds.

They don't get better as you level up, but they can be more effective against lower level monsters.

I haven't had any trouble yet, but if you've had some lag or framerate issues with the PS3 version a fix is on the way.

Ok, so I find more of the same words? All the words I've found have been different ones so far.

Yes, you will eventually find a word that will be the 2nd word to an existing ability that you have already unlocked and then you will find the 3rd word at some point so that ability will be maxed out.

Each ability has 3 different words. So initially, you find a new ability by discovering a word and unlocking that ability by consuming a dragon soul. There are 2 more words out there to find that will improve the ability.

                    Spoiler

                    Hope that makes sense.

                      1. Riften is the ghetto of Skyrim.

                      2. Solitude is the snotty suburb of Skyrm.

I must say that forge apprentice in Solitude is dumb. He leaves the room, goes up stairs and go to sleep in the chair, leaving all that iron and steel unguarded in the room ? Really ? I stole all of it LOL.

I broke some dude's vase because he said I wouldn't do it. I haven't really done anything bad outside of the missions, though.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

5 minutes after I got Lydia, I came across a troll, ran off and left her to die. So in essence, I only had Lydia for 5 minutes.

I have left someone walking around without clothes. I pickpocketed someones clothes while they slept and they never put any back on.

I have to say I will probably do the same thing as Dayman if i get to that quest.
