And in another cave came across this mage that had the power to make your weapon disappear FOREVER.

I swear once you think you big and bad, you always seem to make a wrong turn and come across somebody that will quickly humble you and put you in your place.

I believe that is just a spell that disarms you. It throws your weapon around the room somewhere, which still makes it a pain in the *** if you're fighting in a huge dark cave. Took me 15 minutes to find my warhammer after being hit with that. Too bad the moron didn't know I was carrying an enchanted greatsword that set him on fire.

I also thought that bodies and dropped loot stay forever. I killed some guy in the pub in Whiterun, and another, ran back to my Champions hall with guards on my tail, they started a huge brawl with five deaths, and then I put the bodies on that big fire pit in the middle of the hall. Save, and then when I restart later, they are gone! The bodies in the pub, too!

Stuff is supposed to stay, but I'd rather it didn't stay forever anyways. I threw some wine bottles on the ground in a town on my first day, and they're still there. Some hobo would have picked them up. I imagine bandits would have taken the armor and weapons I didn't want off dead people too. It's unrealistic when a dragon skeleton sits in the middle of the main road to a major town forever.

It reminds you the world isn't really alive, and nothing happens without you.

So I've never really gotten into Action RPGs. I've played a few minutes of Fallout, Diablo, and Oblivion over the years. I do however, love JRPGs like Zelda and Final Fantasy. I know they replay value is incredible on this game, but do you think someone like myself would enjoy this?

It looks fun, but I'm actually intimidated even thinking how much time this could take up in my life

Any PS3 users getting a ton of freezing

Tonight.....3 times while a save is loading. Wow. I only have 2 saves after deleting a bunch to see if that helps.

I am just over 100 hours.

No problems with freezing yet-I've only got 2 saves though and I'm 10 hours in.

Some times the dragon skeleton do disappear. I killed a dragon inside of the winter college grounds and the skeleton disappeared after a few days.

Far as loot, it all depends on where you dropped it at. I dropped a whole bunch of loot inside of Dragon Reach and it was still there a week later.

Were Dwarves ever present in any of the Elder Scrolls games?

They don't even have a render model of them at all do they?

They need to bring that race back in some DLC, that would be awesome.

They could probably make a whole series of games focused around the reappearance of the dwemer. That'd be a big deal as far as Tamriel history goes.
