    Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Game is beaten.......ending was awesome. Next play, hmmm trying to decide who I want to be.

This play through I was a red guard Battle Mage. Became the Arch Mage of the college, was friendly to both the Stormcloaks and Imperials, even though I killed my fair share of both.

Next play through, I might join the storm cloaks, mainly because that female officer in the imperials was an annoying chick.

    Decisions decisions......

I find it hard to join the side of the Stormcloaks, even though I`m doing it to go through both sides of the Civil War. Ulfric and his general dude (I forget his name) just come off as asses to me. I don`t like their characters and I don`t like their racist attitude. I feel bad throwing Skyrim over to them, but oh well.

But damn man every leader in the game remembered EVERYTHING I done in the game so far. So glad I pretty much kept to myself and didn't choose a faction to join other then the Mage college.
If you finish the Civil War before that point in the main story, that mission is not there.

their only use(that i know of anyway) is armor. i suggest keeping them, but be sure to put them in a chest someplace because they weigh a TON. the armor is really good, dragonscale armor is light armor and is the best light armor in the game and my personal favorite armor. dragonbone armor is heavy armor and i believe although it is the highest tier, deadric is in fact better than it, but still dragonbone armor is worth making even if your just gonna sell it. so in short, keep dragon bones and scales

Keep them, eventually once hit level 100 smithing you can make either dragon armor (heavy) or dragon scale armor (light). Keep them, it takes a hell of a lot of scales to make either one.

Thanks because I was thinking about selling them for some $$$.

I've been selling my dragon parts, but I'm going to start saving the scales for the light armor. It'll be hard to go away from the Thieves armor though because I like it's carrying bonus.

What I did early on was sell them. Even with low speech you can still get a good price for them. Once my smithing hit about 60-65 I started saving them in preparation for making dragon armor. I have unlocked 6 shouts not counting the ones I learned from the greybeards, I still have 6 dragon souls left, and I have stored about 13 scales and bones. So I did both.

I'm thinking about getting married. Any suggestions on chicks? My my leading candidates are Lydia, Camelia Valerius, and Alea the Huntress. (Wild, crazed lycan sex!). Are there some better looking chicks I should go do some favors for?

Marriage is a religious ceremony wherein the traditions of a culture create a familial bond between two or more people. Marriage is practiced by almost all of the cultures of Tamriel with the teachings of the goddess Mara, and her different identities throughout various societies, being the most prevalent among Men, Mer, and Beastfolk.[1] As well as Mara, whose marriages are centered around the religious institutions of the Eight and Nine Divines, marriage serves as a component of other...

You need the amulet of Mara. You can buy it from the priest guy in the Mara Temple for 200 gold or you can get a free one out of a tent that is due north of Dawnstar. Once you are wearing that, certain people will be interested in you (both guy and girl). Some of the prospects you don't have to do anything for to get their attention, but some you do. Like me, I wanted to marry Muiri from Marketh. I had to complete a Dark Brotherhood quest involving her before her attention turned to me. The game will guide you through the steps to marry once you found the right person. First step though is get the amulet of Mara.
