    MSI GT783 | Core i7 2670QM | nVidia GTX 580M 2GB DDR5 | 16GB DDR3 | 128GB Crucial M4 SSD | 128GB Transcend SATA II SSD | 750GB HDD 7200RPM | BD-Writer | Windows 7 Ultimate x64

It defaulted to Ultra settings, at 1080P, and runs flawlessly. Getting ready to install the Crucial M4 as my primary SSD HD. Current WEI is 6.9 because of the Transcend HD, everything else is at 7.8 or above.

Go to Skyrim Nexus. My favorite mods right now are Skyrim 2k for textures, flora and fuana upgrade. No more blocky faces as well as all other face and body mods by the same person Xenius I believe. Then you have to get RWT water mod. Also Smoova's ENB profile is really good. If you play a stealth or mage female character get the TRiss clothing mods.

I dont use the Steam center to download anything. I downloaded the Nexus mod manager and it brilliant, does all of the work for you.

Also i forgot get Jaysus sword mod. This adds a whole mess of swords that fully craftable and add a lot to the game. If you are a Lord of the RIngs fan there is also a mod for getting and usiing Narsil if the game..

There are a ton of others , I am using like 20 right now. If you need any help of have a question just pm.

And say good bye to sleep and social activities

          Alright guys, I'm breaking.

I've played a CRAPTON of Skyrim on my 360, but once my tax return comes back I'm building a gaming computer.

I need mods and the creation kit.

Yep, came with all of that glory in the screen above. It's an MSI GT783 -625US

Just installed the crucial SSD, and waiting on the drivers to update. Holy smokes does the Crucial make a huge difference over the transcend.

Now I'll have to redownload skyrim however. Blah.

Overall, it'll be worth it, no more bloatware, just smooth Windows 7 performance haha.

I transferred some of my old skyrim saves over prior to installing the new HD, just to see how it'd run it, and it was above 60FPS w/ everything turned on, fan didn't even kick on.

My WEI is now at 7.9 across the board.

Can't wait to start a new guy. I haven't even touched the theives guild or the Dark Brotherhood. Looking forward to a challenge. No more Daedric Armor, haha.

                    Law enforcement tactics, lol.

When you're allocated a certain level of funds to spend on office tech, you buy office tech...

I certainly don't want a machine that will be outdated soon, that's my stance and I'm sticking to it, haha.

Recently, built a gaming rig and looking to get back into skyrim, took a brief hiatus from Skyrim on the PS3, but after looking at mods on youtube and the new creation kit, it's a no-brainer that I have to get Skyrim for the PC.

For somebody that has only dabbled in mods the Steam Workshop is just brilliant. I'm picking and choosing and having a blast making improvements to the game.

If you haven't already you guys should check out the mod that adds trees and detail to the cities. It makes them feel so much more lived in and alive.

                              Yes it does.

That laptop you got there is a beast.

Here's the mods I am running.

                              Textures and Graphics:
                              Enhanced Blood Textures
                              Skyrim floral Overhaul
                              Skyrim Enhanced Shaders
                              Official Skyrim Textures

                              GUI:
A Quality World Map (it shows roads)
                              Sky UI
                              Categorized Favorites Menu
Lockpick Pro (on my second playthrough, I don't care for the minigame)

                              Favorite Armor/Magic/Weapons Mods:
                              Jaysus Swords
                              Lord Armor
                              Hoodless Archmage Robes
                              Lore Friendly Armor Pack
                              Lord Armor
                              Midas Magic
                              Scout Armor

I'm using the Nexus Skyrim Mod manager right now to manage the mods that I download from the Nexus site. Easy to use.

I use a lot of the ones listed, especially the texture packs. Skyrim HD2K, Skyrim Flora Overhaul, Serious HD Retexture Landscapes Skyrim, those are must haves imo.

                                Also near the top are:

I use a lot of mods man, but these are pretty much the ones I have to have. If you plan on using a lot too, you should definitely familiarize yourself with BOSS and Wrye Bash again if you remember how it was with Oblivion. I don't use the Steam Workshop at all.
